The office was rundown and dirty every time I have been there over the years, and is getting worse. I only returned as I couldnt get a timely appt. elsewhere for that day. Wait time to be seen was nearly 2 hours, in crowded waiting room with pitbulls on ropes threatening my dog. No shade from the heat in the parking lot made waiting outside impossible. The 5-person desk staff completely ignored the ringing phones, and wandered around in bored slow motion like zombies. After a 15-second physical exam (without her temp. being taken), the quote for a simple spay of a very healthy dog in perfect condition was 5 times the $125 it actually cost to have done at another vet hospital the next day. Maybe I looked like I could afford it and/or I fell off the turnip truck that day. I hear they do love Shar Peis needing eye surgeries and breeding Bulldogs (that are mated artificially and born by surgery) & their owners, but forget about it if you have any other breed!

I wouldnt go anywhere else but to the Doctors Butchko for my bulldogs. They provide the expertise and special caring required for this breed, they love my dogs, and my dogs love them. They are great people. Because of the way they triage their animal patients, they are able to charge more reasonable fees than anywhere else Ive been. Best care and price Ive ever been for vets.

Dr. Butchkos staff are very friendly, and yes the place is ran down; but, thats not the point. They been taking care of my dog for 11 years and they truely care about your pet. The wait is long but thats because so many people travel to see Dr. Butchko. Their fees are reasonable and it is worth the care my dog is given.

Ive been bringing my two dogs here since they were puppies. What I really love about this place is the fact that I can just walk in with any of my dogs anytime and whether is for shots or just a check up on your dog the staff is always friendly and ready to help out.

Bulldogs. I have been coming to Dr. B for many years and have had no problem and in fact everyone there is so nice and very helpful. We love them all. Great animal Hospital . Cant wait for the new hospital to open. They are truly life savers.

Took my English bulldog to remove cherry eyw. The Staff s great. The wait wasnt that bad even though the place was packed. Price was affordable and they did a great job.
