My husband and I changed vets for our nearly 12 yr. old rescue boxer after the vet we had been going to (whom we loved) retired. The person who took over his practice wasnt, in our opinion, equal to the task. So the search began. We visited a couple of new vets and were not overjoyed. We were referred to Victoria Animal Hospital (we visit the office on Van Buren and Lincoln) and found Dr. Alice and her staff to be not only competent but sincerely concerned for our pup and her needs. Thank you for the referral, Cyndi! 4 stars because sometimes, due to her appointments, Dr. Alice was unable to spend as much time with me after a surgery as I requested.

Ive been taking my dogs here since 2000. They are the most caring and compassionate staff. Dr. Robinson walked with me through the life of my two Golden Retrievers, and was always so kind and patient with any question or concern I had. When it was time to say goodbye to them, Dr. Robinson gave them a comfortable and loving exit. Today I have 2 Norwich Terriers and Dr. Heil cares for them as if they were her own dogs. I would highly recommend Victoria Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a Vet that treats their pets like family.

I wouldnt recommend, while the staff is nice, the visit with the doctor is fast. I have had animals all my life, and recently I have had to take my cat in. The vet only looked at the area I had a concern about, and didnt do the full exam on my cat the I paid for. Had the done so I wouldnt have had to take my cat to a different vet the next day for something pretty life threatening. Had a full exam been done the vet should have noticed bigger problems occurring. Now I have had to pay for two vet bills over 200 each time.

So impressed with the level of care and attentiveness. Both the vet techs and the Dr. were so thorough in assessing what was wrong with my fur baby. My regular vet couldnt see me this day and I was desperate to get my dog into see someone, as he was suffering from what was later diagnosed as a spinal injury. Couldnt be more grateful for all they did for him, and will be continuing to take him here as my regular vet. Reasonable office visit cost, and only did what was necessary. Thank you Victoria animal hospital!

They killed my dog. Healthy four year old German shepherd getting spayed and I brought her home and she was dead within hours. And they still charged me. So cold and heartless, they said oh sorry that happens sometimes. Been going there since 2005, then the doctor retired and now incompetent aholes work there and they suck. Front desk is a heartless bicth. Back office girls are wonderful. If you love your pets go somewhere else.

Over the last 35+ years, Ive taken a total of 5 dogs to Victoria Animal Hospital. My dogs have always received the very best of care. Dr. Robinson and his staff treat every animal with love and appreciate each animals own special personality. Ive said the final good-bye to 3 of my dogs at this vets and the compassion shown by everyone in the office was remarkable.

This office is conveniently located to my home and I use them for vaccinations, boarding and well doggy care. The office is clean, well organized and the staff are extremely kind to my "babies". They cooperate to get you in and work wit your schedule. We have been "patients" for over 15 years and I will continue to use them as we need. I highly recommend.

Workers friendly and always customers. Vet explains exams as she continues to assess dog. Informs cutomer of unusual findings and treats appropriate needed medication. Excellent follow-up calls given after surgery or discharge service. Recommend to my friends.

First time Ive ever been there and the staff treated me like a friend and my dog like if he belong to them. Dr Robinson is a very kind and gentle man who handled my 73lb frighten dog like a baby. By the end of the visit I dont think my dog wanted to leave.

Best little babies ever! We have adopted twice from here and the two dogs are awesome! Adopted 10 years ago, and 1 year ago! Still have both dogs, they are lovely! Staff was excellent! Will always go here to get our pets, highly recommend

Took my cat there to get her shots and get spayed. Loved how quickly they took her in, and you cant even see the scar and she has white fur. Will be taking in any future pets.
