My big eleven year old male cat was in pain from a cancer tumor and I decided to have him put to sleep. So I phoned and ask if I can be with him, because he was a very shy cat, he would hide in a closet when some one came to the house, especially men scared him to death. They told me yes I could. So I knew I could keep him calm being with him to the end. What I wanted is to keep him from being terrified in his last minutes alive. That is not what he got. His basket was picked up by a big man, taken away from me into the inner sanctum, Im told to wait and when I panicked because now he is in there with a lot of nurses, Doctors all talking and a stranger that shaves his leg and breaks a plastic tipped catheter into his skin, I was told they bring him right away. It was too late the save him the fear. When he finally brought him back the the outer exam room Figaro was in terror. Shaking all over with eyes too afraid to see me and drooling from his mouth. He had gone through exactly what I wanted to spare him from. The man has a dog, but I dont think he ever loved a cat and lost it. He did his job fast, efficient. If you have an animal you have to put to sleep dont go there. Its my fault, I should have gone to Town and Country, that Doctor loves cats..

I run an all-breed dog rescue and having a good vet is my top priority. Lincoln Plaza Veterinary Clinic provides the very best care for my dogs The staff is very professional and the veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Alice and Michele Sanders are very caring doctors. They are straight forward and honest. Tammi and Ursula at the front desk are amazing. Both ladies are kind-hearted and very compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for veterinary services.

I always take my dog here but this last time, the front desk girl was very rude, dog poop all over the floor, people were all over the place, not knowing who was next. My dog was very nervous pulling up to this place. Shes been going her for years. She peed herself and was just too nervous. I told the girl nevermore Im taking her up the hill, she then got an abnoxious attitude as I left. I will not be returning sadly after 20 years of service.

First time and my last taking my dig there. I brought my sick dog in not knowing what was wrong with him and what they did to figure out what was wrong with him was to squeeze his anal glands WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH AN ILL PET. I will tell you to chrge me 25 bucks more for something I didnt ask for. I wanted to know why my pet was ill. Really shame on you doctor.

I made an appointment for the next day at 9:00 a.m. Place was clean lots of clients friendly dogs you know just a waiting room. Price was reasonable they took in my pug who had a scratched retina did a test and gave him some medicine hes still on the mend but I have an appointment in a week for a follow up. Thank you Hadley and Dr. Martina.
