Im very hesitant to leave negative reviews but feel I need to. Ive been there a few times. They are not forthcoming about the costs of procedures and they vary each time you go. Knowing that its not covered by insurance you think theyd tell you when something is going to be expensive but they dont. The first time I went for laser treatment for age spots it was $500. The time after that was $300 and the most recent time was $500 again. When I asked why it was more this time she said its always been that. I wasnt going to argue with her before she took a laser to my face but it was $300 the last time. (Mind you this is a couple bursts of a laser and takes 20 seconds total. $300 is plenty.) But before she began I also had a small cyst that I asked for an opinion on and was told a shot of something would help it shrink. I wasnt told the price but its a shot so Im thinking what, $50? I had just asked about the increase in the laser price so if it were expensive shed tell me, right? Maybe she was doing it for free considering what I was paying for the laser. Nope. She injects it, then rubs a lot of aloe on my face and does the laser, says thanks for coming and leaves the room. I guess were done. I get up and go to the sink and look for some towels to clean all the gel off my face and hair. After I finish I go to the front and the handwritten bill is ready. "Was wondering where you were," said the office manager. I told him I was cleaning up and he said ok and handed me the bill. $200 for the shot and it didnt even do anything. I dont even know what it was because its handwritten and I cant make it out. (No computers being used.) It reminded me of the first time I went for the treatment and at the end they sold me on a jar of facial wipes that were supposed to help age spots. I said ok because the doctor recommended it. They mixed and filled it there (weird) and slapped a label on and told me it would be $175. Oil of Olay would have been better. It was some new age tea tree oil and citrus and stuff...nothing prescription and NOTHING that justified a cost above $20z Oddly enough, they never suggested it again - they probably knew theyre only gonna get someone on that snake oil once. The office manager is nice and friendly but the doctor doesnt make you feel like youre seeing a doctor - just someone that wants to get as much money out of you as they can. If they could be forthcoming about costs and explain options I might feel differently.

Excellent experience. I chose Dr. Gupta because she seems to have the most experience of any cosmetic skin doctor in Cincinnati. There are so many procedures you can see she offers. I tried to research but eventually decided to leave it to Dr. Gupta to suggest what would be right for me. I came in initially for trouble with leg veins and rosacea. I can say that the rosacea treatment worked beautifully with both the large and smaller veins going away. My skin is smoother, healthier and firmer. Leg veins responded great too. I was afraid of injections but Dr. Gupta is very gentle and talked me right through it. Love her calmness and gentle touch. One of the sweetest people you will meet. I recently had her remove fat pockets from under my eyes. Results are great and Im only two months out. Couldnt be happier overall as the procedures have restored my self confidence and improved my attitude. Staff is very caring and overall supernice, concerned people.

She is an excellent doctor. She is pleasant. She is nice. She dilutes the fillers to make extra money. Go to a physician that uses the fillers directly from the package. The Botox is incorrectly diluted. Do yourself a favor and choose another physician as this office is completely driven by the economic impact of the procedure. Unfortunately the reviews about the "money hungry" comments are true. As a patient I only expect to receive fillers as they are intended - not diluted to stretch the product and make extra income for the doctor. Does she really care about the patient? Patients must have additional injections to get the same result as the undiluted filler. THE ONLY PERSON THAT BENEFITS BY DILUTING THE FILLERS IS THE DOCTOR BY GETTING MORE MONEY. I have been to many doctors and this one misrepresents what she really does by diluting the fillers. Dont waste your money here - go somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Gupta to find out if Vanquish fat removal would be a procedure for me. She was trying to push a conventional liposuction at almost triple the cost. We eventually agreed on the price for Vanquish which was slightly lower than the originally quoted price. Shouldnt there be just one price so that you dont have to haggle like at a market? Anyway, did not get a warm feeling for Dr. Gupta. She seemed to be interested mainly in money and not what I was comfortable with. The Vanquish procedure itself did absolutely nothing for me - not even the slightest change in my waste size. And I waited a few months before comparing my pre- and post procedure size. Save your money and join a good gym. Cheaper and healthier.

I cant say enough great things. I have been Dr. Guptas patient for over 8 years now (mostly for botox, fillers, fraxel laser, ulthrepy and leg veins) and have always been treated with kindness--the office has a warm and welcoming vibe. The procedures have all been fantastic and have helped me age much more gracefully! Recently I had vaser liposuction. Of course I was a bit nervous, but the results are outstanding! I wish I had done it a bit sooner actually. I can say Dr. Gupta is an artist, a perfectionist and someone who genuinely cares about the end outcome and how it will make the person feel. She has repeatedly restored my confidence. I am very thankful and highly recommend her to all my friends.

I have been seeing Doctor Gupta for several years now; she, along with her staff provide wonderful service. I am usually a "last minute apt" type individual and they do a fabulous job at getting me in fairly quickly. The care Dr. Gupta provides is top notch and I would recommend her to any and everyone. She is always very thorough when explaining the procedures and takes the necessary time for questions, while also making sure you are comfortable with your upcoming procedure. Fantastic experience! From my initial phone call to schedule an appointment and all they way through my checkout after my visit, I was made to feel comfortable, cared about, and in good hands. Rob, Abby, and Dr. Gupta are a great team, each of them knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to patient needs and concerns. Im new in Cincinnati and I was a little nervous about finding a new doctor. I chose Dr. Gupta after reading positive reviews online about the doctor and her staff. Those reviews didnt disappoint!
