Dr. Stamper and the Vision Source team are fantastic! When my daughter needed to have her eyes examined, we didnt think of going to anyone else other than Dr. Stamper. He is very thorough and spends time with each patient, making sure of the correct diagnosis. Additionally, the office is well appointed and the staff he and his wife Cristin have assembled are helpful and knowledgeable about insurance, processes and eye-wear. We have been very pleased with Vision Source of Hendersonville and recommend that if you need an optometrist, go see Dr. Stamper. You wont be disappointed!

Visionary Eyecare Center is the best in Sumner County. Dr. Stamper is very thorough and lets you know what he is doing during each and every step. The staff is phenomenal. They are always friendly, upbeat and ready to serve. And the office itself is like a spa. The name on the sign is a waterfall that is very soothing. The look is very chic but inviting. I always feel totally relaxed and good when Im there. If you want a thorough exam with a very kind doctor that will not rush you and will listen to all your concerns....this is the place!

Dr. Stamper and his helpful team are true professionals. They have the best technology available, they answer all my questions, and I never feel rushed; unlike any other Optometrist I have ever been to. They are reasonably priced and the office is CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. There is a large selection of eye wear to choose from including designer brands. I have not taken our children for exams yet but many of my friends have and I hear they are wonderful with children as well. The BEST in the Nashville area by far!

The staff is efficient and service oriented. The office is welcoming and upscale. Dr. Stamper is professional and patient! I had to try three different contact lens prescriptions until we got it right but they were willing to keep working with me until we found the best product. They encouraged me to find frames anyplace and then let them make the lens, which I appreciated because some of their frames are pricey - designer brands. I did end up, however, getting my glasses there as well. Highly recommend!

I dont have cause to go to the Optometrist very often, but Dr. Stamper and his staff have treated me very well each time I have been in for a visit. They are great at being prompt and kind, and always explained the process of their actions to me. As an infrequent visitor, I was always impressed with how thoroughly they explain the different check-up methods they used and what they aimed to accomplish with said check-up methods. An all around great team!

I have been going there for over a year now. Dr. Stamper is easy to work with, accepts our insurance plan (through Metro Schools, which not many optometrists take anymore), and keeps long ours so teachers can see him Saturdays. The fixed my glasses when I broke them BY MAIL when I was traveling! He is clearly putting everything he has into building a great practice that will serve the community for decades. I am ordering the OptiMap process tomorrow!

Everyone in the office seems wonderful, but they had my insurance information for three weeks before my appointment. I got to the office and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they dont accept my insurance. Now I have to find another provider and start all over again. Not really mad, just hate having a rare day off that is scheduled around appointments and errands partially wasted. :-(

I was very happy with this place. My eye exam was very thorough and everything was explained to me. After my exam, I was assisted with trying on frames. I ended up getting a pair of frames and a week later wanting a different pair I had looked at. I took my frames in, they exchanged my lenses into the other pair and home I went. No hassle. Great 90 day satisfaction guarantee!

I enjoyed my first exam at Visionary Eyecare Center with Dr. Stamper! He is much more openly thorough and takes the time to explain each of his exams and why it is important. He certainly brings a different level of care that has never before been present in the Hendersonville area.
