If you have a severe eye condition like my wife please dont go there. Dr may be good but the front staff has no idea what they are doing not know how to bill your insurance. They dont inform the patient correctly about their benefits, luckily I am an insurance coordinator and tell them how to do their job right. Our last visit there was a nightmare , they need better costumer service and better front desk employees . It has been a nightmare and sadly not a lot of specialist for Keratoconus in the area but will not go there again. I am livid !

Going to Palm Eye Care was a great decision, besides the fact that they were very nice and easy going, they also made the whole entire process very simple. keeping my money in locally owned businesses is something I always strive for however I do not like having to lower my standards, and with going here i never had to compromise either of the two.

Dr. Tom and his staff are terrific. He takes time to explain everything to you, and he is very thorough in his exams. His staff is genuine and truly caring of your needs. I would recommend Palm Eye Care to anyone. Plus they are super convenient in their location.
