This place is ran so backwards! My mother had to wait almost a whole year before she had surgery. She was approved by the actual surgeon but was put out even further to have the same exact testing done by the owner of the practice a Dr. Ross, who apparently only is there once a month, because of her Freedom insurance. I was told he was the only Doctor who approves that insurances surgeries. It all felt like I was given the run around! And to top it off the staff in the eyeglass section just sits around on their phone, are dressed horribly, and that was a whole other experience for my mothers glasses! The person that left a five star rating on here was the manager of the optical apparently. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth I would never go there and had to have my mother let her insurance know that place should be shut down. We will be spreading the word about this place. Go somewhere where the Doctor that owns the practice actually cares about patient care! I should have known by how the outside looks! They had trash in a large planter vase and tons of weeds. It should have clued me in on how they dont pride themselves in the care for others.

The Ocala office is great. And the dr. I seen was wonderful. I have an issue with my cornea and the nurse that deals with patients upon arriving was HORRIBLY rude. Told me if I was really in pain I wouldnt of been late and then told me it felt like she was "scolding her daughter" Ive never been treated so horribly at a doctors office in my life. Everything she said to me was rude and she had an attitude the entire time. She has brown curly hair, but am unsure of her name. Lady if u hate your job so much dont work there. Patients dont deserve to be treated like a second class citizen just because i was a little late carrying a 13 month old and a 2 month old. I was so upset! There is no excuse for such bitchiness in a professional setting. Will not be returning. And am telling everyone I know to not come here.
