Wow! Dont even know where to begin. I have been wearing contacts and glasses since I was a kid, and have been to many eye care facilities, this by far being the most extremely disorganized. Nearly 600$ later for glasses and contacts, and I am still unsure whether I have been charged correctly. It took nearly 6 weeks to get a pair of glasses, and a month to get my contacts. I checked up on the glasses a few times, and finally after a month was told that the coating machine was broken, and it would be another week. REALLY, Im not sure why they didnt tell me this in the first place, and of course I only got an explanation when I called. Then after waiting 3 weeks for contacts, I finally get a call on a Friday at 4:50 (they close at 5:00) to state my contacts are in and that staff believed there was an error in my charge. I was charged 204$ for a 6 month supply of dailies, and now I am being told that I have a balance of 68 additional $??? The secretary states she did not call me, and doesnt know why, but the girl who did call me is of work today. GREAT. So, today I am still contactless with a charge of 204$ on my credit card a month ago for them. Do yourself a favor - go anywhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Your listing of open hours is incorrect!!! It states your open on Wednesdays 9:30 to 2:30. You need to correct this as I called the store and your machine said your closed on Wednesdays!!!!

Been going to the Brunswick store since I was a child and the staff and Doctors have always been nothing but professional and my glasses have always been perfect

Worst eye doctor ever! Staff is horrible and unfriendly. Dr dang doesnt even address issues or concerns. Would NOT recommend this place at all!
