Really enjoyed going there until recently. Ordered contacts from 1-800-Contacts, but the Eye Centers did not approve my order, since my prescription was expired as of June, 2016. Funny thing is, I ordered at least 4-8 more times since June of 2016, and they never bothered to tell me my prescription was expired. They enjoyed talking my money without a problem. If you play ball with someone else, thats when they get upset. Gutless, unprofessional conduct. Really dissapointing. Wont ever go back.

Good practice. The front desk is not as organized or as professional as I might like, but the doctors and professional staff are excellent. Reasonable regarding time for appointments, waiting time, and charges. The front desk staff dont seem particularly anxious to greet patients and may be struggling with an out-dated system for managing the practice. With better tools, and a welcoming smile, the first impression of this practice would be five stars - like the rest of the experience.

I was seen within 10 min. of my appointment. Then I had to sit at the waiting area again, but that was for my eyes to dilate. I assume they take advantage of that time to see other patients. When I was seen by Dr. Loizos he spoke clearly and didnt seem rushed as if he was just trying to get me out of there. The staff was courteous. Costumer service was good

Rude and snooty.... No Customer service skills. Ordered contacts and they charged me extra for stuff i didnt order. Need new staff. Will definitely take my bussiness elsewhere. Sad for being so close to home. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Always a very long wait time. Every time.
