I took my German Rottweiler here for his yearly vaccines and a check up. The staff were all very nice and helpful. They were able to get me in for the appointment on short notice. Cost was $104 total for exam and multiple shots. They do accept credit cards for payments. No one tried to hard sell any upgrades, but they did make recommendations. The Dr. Shelton was very professional and you could tell he has lots of experience working with animals. There was just a short wait in the exam room before the doctor came in, which gave the staff plenty of time to copy my pets medical history. We put a muzzle on my dog before administering the shots, and my dog did not like the muzzle or the shots, lol. I helped hold my dog while the doctor administered the shots with the assistance of a staff member. The doctor was patient and took his time as I helped hold my dog still for the shots. The lobby and exam room were clean and nice looking. Plenty of parking and easy access to get into the property, which is also wheelchair accessible. Overall the appointment took about 30 minutes and all went well. They give you a print out of all shots given for your records. My dog and I left, and he was a happy boy ready to go for a ride to get home. I recommend this doctor and his office.

Horrible place! Dont risk your loved ones lives by taking them here. Missed diagnosis during routine yearly with dog . told him dog was hurting...shaking and not even walking. gave him a small. it of aspirin which masked the pain. he did NOT even suggest a blood test to check basics. chalked it up to arthritis EVEN tho I had just told him Charlie was getting along better than ever prior to this. just said keep doing what u r doing. charlie went downhill and when we took charlie back he ran a blood test that revealed pancreatitis. so obviously he knew that a basic blood test was the way to go but chose not to. had he been a responsible vet Charlie could have been saved with a simple diet change. weeks later he will come home in a box. it would be one thing to search and miss. it is quite another to not even try or utilize basic science at your fingertips. he doesnt deserve to treat pets.

If I could give rating with zero stars I would. Very rude receptionist. I have a 5 week old puppy that needed immediate attention, but rather telling me to come on in they said they couldnt see him today. Even though he was throwing up and lifeless. I called Franklin veterinarian and they said bring him in immediately. If it were up to this clinic my puppy would of been dead. Blockage would of killed him. Stay as far away from this place as you can.

This is the best experience Ive had with vet! All of the staff are very kind and sympathetic when it came time to say goodbye to my NewfoundlandNewfoundland Titan. I have been bringing our dogs and cats here for years and will continue to do so. At the present they are helping me deal with my pit/rottiemail mixso cancer diagnosis. Very honest with diagnosis which has helped me make the best decisions possible for my pets.
