I did not always hate it. Dr. H took care of my dog since she was eight weeks old. When she got sick at age seven,of course i would not trust anyone else with her. But they never could figure out what was wrong with her, there were blood tests, multiple visits,each time with only partial,temporary fixes. The last time I took her in for lethargy, not eating and shivering I was told there was nothing wrong with her although that Saturday we ended up at the emergency vet with a VERY sick dog. We have since moved on and her new vet immediately cured her. New Pal Vet Clinic does have a beautiful new facility though that they just built. Just saying..........Dont let them give you the run around. I am bitterly disappointed in them.

I would never go back to this vet. We were misled. It cost us 180.00 dollars for no cure. I ended up going back to our vet that is an hour away and now our cat is well. Beware...it may be a nice new facility but the quality of care is not there. They have you going through blood work that never should had been done. It was a waste of money. Our other vet never had us do blood work. They immediately knew from the symptoms she was suffering from allergies. Also I was told you cant see fleas in a cat because they groom so well. Really what is the point of flea protection! Just Beware.....

These guys were great! My puppy was very ill and I was getting the run around from all of the Vets in the Shelbyville Area. I called New Pal and they told me to bring him in right away. The saw him, did some test, and sent us home with meds and special food and individualized diet instructions for the next few days. The price was great! I was expecting to may much more! They even answered all of my "dumb" questions about sick puppies because Ive never had one before!

My dog has been going to New Pal vet for 14 years. I have never had a problem with the vet, but their groomer Christine is AWFUL!!!! Because of her, they have lost my business. I will never take my dog back. On their website, it says Christine "is happy to work with challenging pets." THIS IS NOT TRUE. She literally told me over the phone, she would prefer I take my dog some where else. AWFUL SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Dr. H. Knows his stuff. We drive from the other side of Indy to use him. He is so reasonably priced, is caring and the place is ALWAYS packed. They even set aside a small amount of time each day for dogs or cats needing emergency treatment. If you need a vet, this is the one to have.

I have taken all my animals to Dr. Hildebrandt for over 25 years. He was in Indy and moved to New Palestine. I would travel to another state for my animals to see him. He is the greatest vet. So caring and truthful. I HIGHLY recommend him.
