So I take my dog to get his shots updated last minute choice because my dogs veterinary was booked that week and I had to board him. They supposedly gave him the exam and all the shots, about 3 of them for him to be good till next year. I paid about $150 for the guy to look in his ears and 3 shots. Then because they gave him a shot to prevent him from getting lime disease, they said he would need a booster shot in 2 to 3 weeks. So I take him for his booster shot and get charged $74. I was shocked that a shot would cost that much money, so I looked at them with astonishment and asked why was it so much, they said well we gave him an exam too, and I said, he just had an exam last time I brought him here which was like 3 weeks ago. The girl said that they do exams every time they see them. I was amazed at how they could rip me off like that without even telling me in advance. No wonder they barely have any customers. So dont go there. Go instead to Hillview Veterinary Clinic here in Franklin. They are great, they also offer dog training and they dont rip you off. They have always made me aware of the services being done and ask for my ok.

I have been going to Whiteland Animal clinic for 13 years. I recently bought a new puppy and brought him to the vet to have him checked out. They told me he was due for a distemper shot in about 10 days and had an ear infection. I asked how much it would cost when I brought the puppy back, they said I would pay for the shot and for a follow up visit about $50.00 When I called to schedule an appointment today they said someone told me incorrectly and that I would be charged a new puppy visit and the shot, it would be about $78.00. I paid $154.00 10 days ago, its a shame, they did not act like it was a big deal I was told incorrectly. They have lost 2 pet patients, and I use to refer a lot of people there, no long will I refer anyone to that Clinic.

Horrible service from the time I walked in to the time I left. I took time off work to come in to get my dogs teeth cleaned. I waited over an hour after my original appointment time for him to be very rude to me and to seem like he didnt care about my situation. I will never go back to this place since the new owner took over. It doesnt matter if you make an appointment cause you will never get right in even if you show up early. Way over priced and not worth the wait for someone not to care about you or your animals. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THERE ARE BETTER CLINICS OUT THERE THAT WILL HELP YOU. I would suggest going to the Franklin Animal clinic.

The front desk ladies were very friendly, but the vet himself is not very friendly. Dont try talking to him about your pet and whats going on. He will pretty much tell you to shut up and wait until hes done examining the animal. The he will have the front desk people make up a ton of medications for your animal (many that are optional, or not needed at all) without ever asking if you are willing or able to pay for them. All of which happens before he even tells you what he thinks is wrong. Dont go here unless you want to pay a small fortune, for a simple ailment and be treated like an animal yourself.

The service was decent, besides the wait times when no one else is there, but it is a prime example of ripping off pet owners by taking advantage of their love for their pets. Just wanted to get one problem with my cat taken care of now they set me up to get vaccinations and check for other diseases. Dont get me wrong its good to take care of your pets but if I didnt ask for all that dont push it on me without asking, its like Im just there to pay for anything they decide to do. So in my opinion not the best place if your a pet owner on a budget but if youve got plenty of money to spare might as well go

Most rude ppl non compassionate. I called sat just after they closed explained my situation. She said if non emergency she could get my cat in Monday at 130. Ok take it. Go to clinic today at said time. No appt in books for my cat,said i.was at wrong place, oh wait they found my appt for July 31st. WTH would I SCHEDULE a app for 2 weeks out for my sick cat and IF she would have said July 31st I would have declined.. not once did they apologize offer to get me in at 330 when dr came in.. NOTHING. I will never recommend this place to anyone..and I shouldnt even give them the 1 star. RUDE STAFF

LOVED coming here. the girls in the front were so welcoming and couldnt get enough of my dog, dr. sing was in the room almost as soon as we got settled in. he made sure i knew why my dog was sick and everything to do to make him better. got me in same day as i called. walked out with four meds and price was very fair. will definitely recommend to friends and family

Very Knowledgeable Vet. Dr Singh answered all my questions and gave enough time to explain treatment. Staff members were very nice. I saved lot of money on the dental special that they had last month. the place is easily accessible on a major highway. they do need a bigger sign board . Overall i was very satisfied and will recommend this vet to my friends !!

This vet is awesome with animals, friendly, and explained everything very well. We always left with good idea on how to take care of our pup during recovery. 10 out of 10 pups will be going back for any more problems (lets hope not).
