We needed to have our dogs get their rabies vaccination. So we called and made appointments. Yes we have 3 dogs, but we have a person with each dog. Our dogs barked, guess what it happens. The service we got there was horrible. The vet stated that dogs pitch is horrible. Well apparently your in the wrong field. I am sorry if the vet was having a bad day. We are paying customers whose dogs were a little excited. They barked and and the vet made us feel like we were bad owners. Will be taking my business else where. Our dogs are healthy and happy. So once again I am sorry that you felt annoyed by our animals.

I have always had a positive experience at Southway. I took my cat in and they told me she was pregnant and when she would be do without charging me. When I take my dog in they are all very nice and want to be friendly with him so he doesnt mind going to the vet. The doctors are very helpful if you have questions. If your pet had a problem they are very quick to get them in and seen.

I took my pit bull to Southway 3x over a span of 2 weeks and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem until the last visit- which was when it got extremely bad. Not helpful at all in terms of fully assessing and addressing the problem at hand. We will be looking for another vet.

They were very very nice only thing they didnt do was cut my kitty nails so toke her back and still only did a few of them so I had to do myself but otherwise there awesome
