I have a severe dental phobia, and normally take a sedative to even sit in the chair for an exam, much less a root canal. I went to 2 other dental offices, one well establised in Pace and the other a new contract dental office before going to Watson Family Denistry. Wish I hadnt wasted my time with the others. Both were out only for the almighty dollar and I never went back after my initial consultation visit. When I called Watson FD, the nicest lady (Robin) I have ever spoken to answered the phone and explained everything to me in full detail including pricing. She was courteous and kind and quite honestly she was the reason I choose to go to Watson after talking to other dental offices and having 2 terrible experiences of dental offices "hard selling me" on services, some of which I do not even need. I had to have a root canal, never any fun, but I have to tell you it was actually almost a pleasant experience. crazy right? Well, Dr Watson and his assistant both had such a wonderful demeanor and disposition, they both just exuded a kind and calm enviornment which I was in no hurry to leave. I havent had a cleaning there yet, but if the hygenist is anything like the wonderful people I worked with today I am sure that will be a pleasant experience as well. FANTASTIC PLACE ESPECIALLY FOR CHILDREN AND ADULT CHILDREN (like myself).

This dentist is great. The staff is so nice and courteous. I have had a few immediate issues and they have scheduling me so promptly to ease my teeth and my mind. I highly recommend this office if you are in the Milton/Pace area!
