To anyone requiring routine dental maintenance and/or those of you who may be considering cosmetic dental work, Bridges Dental Care is the place for you. Going to the dentist is not a fun event, but Bridges Dental Care makes your visit a positive, very worthwhile experience. The staff is professional, kind and courteous. Every detail of your procedure is explained and all of your questions are answered. In addition to routine dental care, To correct my bite and straighten my teeth, I chose the Six Month Smile program offered at Bridges Dental Care. It was during this time that I observed Dr.Bridges and the staffs genuine concern for the well-being of his patients and the pride he takes in his work. I was also impressed to learn how selective he is regarding the products he uses on his patients with quality a high priority. The end results are astonishing! My bite is great, my headaches are a thing of the past, and Im no longer ashamed of my smile. I now have a pretty smile. I made a decision based on current reviews of Bridges Dental, yet I am very disappointed in the customer service of the office. I was treated in August of 2016 and was having severe pain so I called the office around 4:30pm and spoke with the receptionist. She promised she would get with the doctor and follow up with me. No one had called around 5:30pm so I called and the answering service picked up, and I explained the situation to them. No one had returned my call so I called around 6:15 pm and spoke again with the answering service and she said she had left a message at the office which was ridiculous because I explained to her that I had already spoken with someone at the office before the closed. The answering service said they would put a call into the doctor but the doctor on call never returned my phone call. Yes, they have a nice office but they are not concerned enough with the patients to return calls or follow up as promised. I would certainly not recommend anyone to go there.

I agree with the last reviewer. Their very friendly when you come in. its a nice office. But dont judge a book by its cover. Poor customer service. The Front office staff Ive called at least 3 times about the same issue. They promise to look in to it but do absolutely nothing. I have never got a call back from anyone. Ive requested to speak with the Dr. on several occasions and I was told by Rosanna " I cant make him call you". That statement alone let me know how much they appreciated my business. Ive spoken with the office manager Valerie who literally has an excuse for anything Ive asked her. She sets false expectations along with everyone else in this office. Ive asked for documents to be sent to me, Ive asked for a call back and nothing. Ive come to the conclusion, they dont truly care about their patients or any concerns that they may have once you leave their office. I was a new patient with them and I would never go back here again. I would not recommend anyone to this Office.

Wonderful Experience! Bridges Dental Care provides the utmost professional and friendly service. Dr. Bridges is extremely professional, talented and down to earth. He takes the time to ensure you understand the necessary procedure and answers any questions that you may have. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. The office atmosphere is warm, inviting, and puts you at ease. The office is conveniently located, nicely furnished and extremely clean. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the patient and is willing to schedule appointments on short notice.

I think Dr. Bridges and the whole entire staff was amazing. It had been longer than it should have been since Ive been to the dentist and came for wisdom tooth pain. First I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, Dr. Bridges went ahead and got me in the same day for the extraction to relieve my pain. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease because I was soo nervous. It went well, I am recovering nicely. Everyone went well out of their way to treat me so nice. I definitely recommend this practice. My husband, kids, and I will be back. Thank you Bridges Dental!

Bridges Dental Care was recommended to me by a friend, and Im so glad that Dr. Scott Bridges is my dentist. He is very professional, does a great job of putting you at ease, and the results of his care are top notch. In addition, the staff at Bridges Dental Care are also very professional, well trained, helpful, personable, and more than courteous. It is obvious that these people really care about their patients. Again, I am glad that a friend recommended Bridges Dental Care.

What a awesome staff theyre so amazing and so friendly. Im new here so I brought my baby with me and they played with her and fed her while taking care of my teeth. Dr. Bridges is also very nice and took care of my filling in the same day so I didnt have to come back another day. So overall Ill continue coming here for the good work they do and the friendliness of the whole staff.

I have lived in the Clarksville area for 25 years and had never heard of Bridges Dental Care until a friend recommended them. I do not have dental insurance and they did everything they could to guarantee a positive and pleasant experience at an extremely reasonable price.
