In the past, I have had horrific experiences with Dentists. This includes being left with a poorly treated infection and almost having the wrong oral surgery. The staff at Smiles On Main was very sympathetic to my experience and made me comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were all very friendly. And it wasnt a "I have to be nice because Im working" friendly. They all felt genuine. The Doctor was very nice. Again, he was sympathetic to my experiences and had a great bedside manner. Everything was explained to me in detail. I was in discomfort due to a tooth ache, but Smiles on Main made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a dentist in the Spring Hill/Thompsons Station area, this is the one for you! Dr. Regenold and his staff are very friendly and professional. No high pressure to have procedures done. Just a simple "Here is what we think you need. Let us know if youd like to schedule a time to have it done." They will give you pricing via phone, email, or in office that is very close to the final cost (depending on your insurance). They even have an original NES in the waiting room!

Dr Regenold was very thorough, and informative - he has a great demeanor with his patients. Dr Regenold took his time working with me and I will definitely be going back for all my dental care. Going to the dentist is almost always an awkward, dreaded experience, but this office really knows how to absolve your discomfort. The office itself is super cute and cozy, and the staff is genuinely friendly and efficient, whether that means helping with financial options, finding a sooner appointment, or easing anxiety about the actual appointment... or all of the above ;)

Everyone in the office helped calm my lifelong phobia of the dentist. The waiting area is warm and welcoming, like visiting someones home not a usual cold and sterile medical office. Im having major work done over the next several weeks and Im not dreading the procedures like I have always done. Smiles on Main will be my dental office from now on!

It had been a while since my last dental appointment. Went in due to some tooth pain and found that I needed two fillings. The entire staff was extremely professional and efficient. My insurance didnt cover dental and Smiles on Main worked out a deal for paying cash. There was no pain during the procedure.
