The doctor always suggests us to do something and the reason is the insurance covers it. They suggested my mom to do 11 fillings without letting us know we already maxed out our insurance coverage. And when asked why they didnt tell my mom the feedback is my mom doesnt speak English. My mom always calls me when they have any question to communicate on phone, and we were always able to communicate smoothly about payments and appointment on phone, and I dont understand why they didnt bother to tell my mom that our insurance has maxed out. When asked about the details of the bill, they couldnt even say it clearly how everything was calculated, but simply say there is a formula that is too complicated to explain. One more, when 10 fillings were done, we realized that the very big filling that my mom needs was actually not taken care of at all. We were too naive to trust whatever the doctor and the office says.

My family and I have been going to the Dr. Dental clinic in Allston, MA for about five years and have nothing but good things to say about them! Its a small clinic, nestled between other side street shops on Harvard Ave. Once inside, the atmosphere feels cozy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making it easy to chat and get to know one another. When being attended to as a patient, we feel we are genuinely listened to and our needs are addressed in a very caring and gentle manner. Dr. Ravi Patel is our dentist and we love him!!! Hes very laid back and has a great attitude! I used to be a pediatric dental assistant and If I had to work for a dentist again, hed be it. As far as the clinic itself goes, I always find it kept neat and clean with proper procedures followed around the handling of instruments and equipment.

I couldnt remember the last time I went to the dentist, I usually hate it there. Growing up it just wasnt ever a pleasant place for me. its just scary but i became a patient at Dr. Dental a few months ago and i already got everything done ! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant and of course Dr. Niraja Patel is good. even the office manager is there to see if you are okay. Doc gives you this energy that gets you comfortable and is very gentle. i hate needles with a passion and i didnt even feel her at all, she did her thing ! i am looking forward for my cleaning in a few months. i definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. thanks guys !

Third times a charm. I suffer from PTSD and Im very weary of going places. The moment I step into Dr. Dental of Allston I am greeted with a welcoming smile from Office Manager Silda and leaving both Silda and Tiffanie whom I assume to be Sildas assistant, made me feel like I was with family. Dr. Patel, does a great job every time explaining to me step by step what has to be done and he had no problem assisting me in my wheelchair. Everyone working in this office is AWESOME!! Thank you Dr. Ravi Patel, thank you Silda, thank you Tiffanie! And thank you to the dental assistant whos name I forget. See you in six months... Regards: Jesse Cutler

It was my first time at this place and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was. Check in was easy and they answered all my questions. Dr Patel was very nice and informative. I felt confident in his assessment and what steps he suggested for my treatment. I even came back after I had left with more questions and he came right out and answered them and made me feel reassured. The support staff was also excellent and the two ladies working the desk couldnt have been nicer. I would recommend this dental office whole heartedly. I look forward to going back and getting my teeth fixed! Thanks everyone!

Ive been coming here for around 5 years and Ive really noticed that in the past 2 years Ive had little to no wait time for appointments. The staff are lovely. No conversations are started when dental tools are in your mouth. Dr Patel (both the female and male Dr Patels) always makes sure to answer any questions and has a good chair-side manner. I also really like the women who work at the front desk. They are so pleasant, and also bilingual (English, Spanish). They were very helpful when I had questions about my insurance.

I was way over due for dental care and I was very nervous...that didnt last long l must confess because everyone at this office is amazing.Professional and compassionate care from the receptionist to assistants and Dr.Patel well she rocks! She is a very component and caring doctor. I totally recommend this practice that also has convenient free parking out back.

I have gone here for many years.the staff has changed over but they continue to be very clean and proffessional. The Dr and assistant was warm and friendly .they are excellent with children as well. Everything about my second visit today was extremely pleasant...not a word Id normally use to describe a dentist visit. Dr. Patel and all of his staff were incredibly kind, the process (cleaning + fillings) was 100% pain free and gentle. THANK YOU!

Dont like going to the dentist but this place is great. Ive gone to expensive dentist and had way worse experiences then Dr. Dentals Harvard trained dentists. Not to mention all the newest equipment that make cleaning fast and mostly pain free!

I havent being to a dentist for a while; I was nervous. Dr. Patel is a good dentist, he got my filing and cleaning done same day. GREAT JOB. The staff are polite and very helpful. The office environment is clean with good technology.
