I had to go there to get my sons tooth removed. A few things about this place:- There is a lady named Jessica Castillo at the front desk who would call my cell about 10 times a day to remind me of my appointment, to a level that I had to request them not to call me, I REMEMBER MY APPOINTMENT. The doctor named JAWANDA was clearly inexperienced and was struggling to take the tooth out, only after an hours struggle he gave up and referred us to a specialist to take the tooth out. Why would they call us a thousand times just to see us and then refer it out coz you arent qualified or skilled enough to do your job correctly. On top of that, he would jump in between patients and not give my son all his attention, I felt neglected and just felt like a way to make money rather than my sons health being addressed. I am not going back to this ghetto place.

I came here with my wife they had a speacial for for a "whitening"... cleaning and polish with X-rays witch didnt seem bad.. but as the story goes you get what u pay for. We scheduled are appointment over the phone with a women who told us a whiting was included witch later on come to fined out the whiteing I paid for was nothing more but a tooth brush and floss and whiting tooth paste triavle sized pre k package.. are appointment was scheduled for 1130 pm they did not call me in till 1:00 and call my wife in at 1:30 this was the worst dental office I have ever been into in my life and let me let u kno I have been at some pretty sh*** places..

This was my first visit to this dentist/ location. They called me several times before my appointment. The first red flag that popped up, was when I used the restroom. No toilet paper, NO SOAP! No paper towels to even dry my hands. My appointment was at 10:00, I waited untill 11:00, then I left. 11:10 they called looking for me. I will never go back to this dentist.

They call your phone 100 times too the point you dont want to even go and they call from all different phone numbers. They are very ghetto and desperate for patients.

When I walked in, the environnent was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful when I entered and the service was quick.
