Quoted one price by office staff and then charged another, the old bait and switch. Im not one to try and get over, I believe in paying for the service I receive so that is not an issue. Please, just be HONEST Family Dentistry! Also, before I begin let me just say the dental work was good. I was actually relieved to find a quality dentist since moving back from Cali, so Im not here to just make stuff up. 1. The office staff did not mention that they were out of network with my dental insurance. "I thought you knew that" Wth? Some may argue that I shouldve have know this but obviously it is a good business practice to inform new patients that your office is not in their provider network. 2. The office lady actually pulled out her calculator in my presence and quoted me the price for my initial visit only to code the visit entirely different! She should have known what the new patient pricing/coding would be before she started trying to calculate the visit, I would hope! Wth? Where they do that at? Is this office struggling that hard for business that they have to use deceptive practices to make a few dollars? I will be taking my teeth elsewhere. Darn shame bc the dental work was really good :(

I have been a patient of this dental practice since the early 1980s. Dr. Zust has grown so proficiently over the years that I can see why his practice has flourished. The hygienists are thorough, friendly, compassionate to my needs and use the latest tools and technology in assessing potential issues. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly, professional and always helpful in accommodating my endless questions. If they dont have answers needed about my dental insurance, they always follow through and contact me when they get that information. With the addition of Dr. Riordan in the past several years, I was happy to see that she also has great insight and knowledge in satisfying the patients needs. Family Dentistry has moved a couple times since I first started with them and now I drive 25 miles because of the trust and confidence that I am being well cared for. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks. I may seem biased in my views but I have seen the staff treat all of the patients the same as they do me. That in itself is called respect.

i recently moved back to the St. Peters area and was told how wonderful everyone is at Family Dentistry. They did not disappoint!! The receptionist making my appointment was both friendly on the phone and In person. I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. The dental hygienist gave me a tour of the office before Dr Riordan came and personally introduced herself to me which made me feel right at ease. I felt like the cleaning was done in a gentle, but very through way. Dr Riordan then came back and clearly discussed some issues I was having. I appreciated her honesty and conservative approach. She made me feel like she wasnt hastily looking for anything that was wrong like a few dentists I have had in the past. Now, I am the one highly recommending Dr Riordan and her staff to everyone I know. Then they can have the same great experience with Family Dentistry of St Peters.

I was referred to the office by a close friend and her family. I cant begin to explain how appreciative I am to finally find a dental office that understands and demonstrates the true meaning of Customer Service. It is so nice to have finally found a Dentist with a outgoing and caring personality! I knew the moment I walked in the door it was a fit for me. From the warm welcome at the front desk by Lisa, the Office Manager to Ashley, the Dental Assistant showing me around the office to Dr. Riordan making me feel super comfortable. Dr. Riordan explained everything to me. She made sure I understood what she was doing, what she was talking about and what her care plan/plan of action was. Thank you for the excellence in Customer Service from start to finish!! Great TEAM!! I will most definitely refer family and friends!!

I have been going to this dental practice, since the 1980s, and it has always been a great experience. My wife and grown son also go to this dental practice, as did my daughter until she married and moved out of state. Its fun to visit this office and talk with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and personable. The hygienists and dental assistants are some of the most professional Ive seen. Doctors Zust and Riordan are true professionals who are highly skilled, very friendly, and treat you with respect. The entire staff is great at what they do. If youre looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.

I just wish that when u tell a patient you can do something then actually doit. Wasted a week waiting just to be referred to another dentist. Why could u have actually have a dentist look at patients instead of an assistant and maybe act like u care instead of pushing them off on some one else. One more thing if you are not going to help someone then dont squeeze and poke around in his mouth when he is obviously in pain. U make more pain then just ohh I cant help you by enjoy wasting a week and the pain I put u in.

I am new to the St. Peters area and selected Family Dentistry of St. Peters from reviews I found online. I’m very happy that I did. From the first phone call they were friendly and professional. They were very patient while explained pricing and procedures and answered all my questions. Dr. Zust did a great job of filling my tooth quickly and without pain. The receptionists, dental hygenists, and Dr. Zust were all very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this office.

Excellent Dental service, Friendly professional, real people. Ive never been a fan of the dentist, but they have swayed me back to regular checkups and cleanings with thier great service, have recommended several friends since visiting them. Observed other patients ranging from Kids to Elderly all treated with exceptional care, from the front counter to the dental chair and back to the front counter.

They are also fabulous in getting you the detailed information for insurance and billing. We all know that insurance can be confusing and they are always there to thoroughly explain the process.
