Dr. Kowalski was conservative in treating my 12 year old sons tooth. Patiently explained everything he was doing and made my son feel comfortable. He cared enough to try to save a tooth with a conservative procedure instead of making a lot more money by performing a more invasive treatment.

Dr. William J Kowalski is the best I say again the best Endodontics there is in St. Louis, dont cut yourself short and go anywhere else. He made complex procedure seem like walk in the park. Dont let insurance companys decide or tell you what Doctor should or not do trust him completely.

I have been to many dentists over my lifetime. Dr. Kowalski is miles above them all. His expertise has saved me thousands of dollars. In my case he had to clean up a botched procedure done by another dentist. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kowalski. He is truly the best!

Told me earliest they could get me in for my sever tooth/gum ache was a week. Spent a week in pain, they reschedule the appointment another week away as Im getting dressed to go in to the office. Obviously never made it there but I expect its a circus tent, as its run by clowns.

You might have to wait for Dr. Kowalski for a bit, but hes well worth it. He has completed 3 root canals on me and Im so relaxed I almost fall a sleep. Hes the best, so be patient!
