Michelle Shuttle the office "manager " is just pitiful. She is condescending disrespectful and talks to people as if they are beneath her. I had an issue with getting my insurance company to pay a remaining percentage of a bill. Once that was taken care of ( yes, it did take a few months) I paid IN FULL what I owed. At that point Ms. Rude had the nerve to tell me if I want to continue to be a patient I have to pay them in full and bill my insurance company. Excuse me? No. I did all I could do outside of paying a balance I knew was inaccurate. I was a patient for nearly 10 years and because of her I would never go back. I thought Dr. Tosie was great but honestly if he chooses to employ someone like this I cant trust his judgement. DO NOT GO.

Horrible customer service. We have been going there 18 yrs. we got new insurance and no one told us they didnt take it. Received a bill for 141$ for teeth cleaning. When I called was treated with disrespect. Asked to speak to dr Richard Tosie. His response was " we are done dealing with you and need to go else where" the hung up on me

I must say from the moment I walked in, I felt like family. The staff was so nice, and Dr. Tosie was very knowledgeable and explained things in ways that I understood. Kept assuring that I was doing ok. The facility was so professional and clean I felt very comfortable and not nervous. Thank you Dr. Tosie and Staff
