My head has been constantly hurting and I couldnt figure out why. My girlfriend recommended that I go to see Dr. Mulligan for a cleaning because I was way overdue. I went to Dr. Mulligans office for just a regular cleaning and found out I had two cavities! I didnt have health insurance and being a college student I dont really have that much funds either. Dr. Mulligan and his staff were very friendly and helped me apply for a dental loan through carecredit. They also gave me a very fair pricing. I was able to get my cavities fixed and also got my cleaning done. However, I really did want to thank Dr. Mulligan and his staff because he stayed past closing time to treat me and the staff wasnt trying to rush me out or reschedule me considering it was a saturday afternoon. He was very descriptive and straight to the point. Also, my headaches went away! Guess it was from my cavities that I didnt know I had. One advice for people who dont get routine cleanings or check ups done: You should get a check up at least once a year. If I had waited any longer I wouldve had to get a root canal which wouldve cost me a fortune.

Great dentist! Really nice and honest. I have had some really bad dentists in the past and this one knows what hes doing. I went to Dr. Mulligan after my previous dentist told me that I had 3 cavities out of nowhere. I went to Dr. Mulligan for a second opinion and he took ex rays and showed me that I did not have any catities. They are also really gentle so I dont despise cleanings anymore. My only complaint is that the secretary is horrible. She is extremely rude and seems like she wants to turn customers away. I have referred many people to Dr. Mulligan and they have all told me that the secretary was rude and never returned their phone calls. Dr. Mulligan if youre reading this, get a new secretary ASAP! My family may have to find a new dentist just because of your horrible secretary!

This is the worst dentists office that I have ever had to deal with. The Receptionist, while answering the phone sounds nice, was very difficult to deal with. She made everything from making an appointment to actually getting in to see the dentist after finally getting an appointment difficult. Would not see my 17 and 18 year old children without having a parent with them using the policy of them being dependents. You can be a dependent up until you are 25 years old so does this mean a 25 year old student needs their parent to take them to the dentist. Dr. Mulligan himself was wonderful to my son when he saw him at a previous visit so it is a shame that his staff and the ridiculous office policies they have in place will cost him patients.

Overall had a very pleasant experience. Came in as an emergency. Got there a little early. I was greeted with a pleasant smile. I had trouble with my group number but the receptionist helped me contact the insurance company. We conversated about our children. The assistant and Doctor were very pleasant. Dr. Mulligan or "Brendan" as he prefers to be called answered all my questions, explained the process of work that needed to be done throughly and made me feel very comfortable will his jokes and laid back environment. Will definitely be back and highly recommend Brendan and his staff!

I dont think theyve resolved the rude receptionist issue at this office. We were looking for a new dentist for our family while were on this coast and I called to inquire if they were taking new patients to be greeted by a not so charming individual. No thanks, I dont need that every 6 months. I can only imagine what shes like in person. Yikes! Going to the dentist is stressful enough you dont need some rude office staff to add to the experience.

Not impressed with receptionist. Reminds of a cat who is sitting on the fence waiting to pounce. Nice enough when she answers phone but that is about it. I am not even going to bother enrolling with dentists because I dont want to deal with her. .....other negative reviews have also been commented regarding her customer service. Sad to be that miserable.

I called the office today to see if Dr. Mulligan takes my insurance. His receptionist was EXTREMELY helpful and very pleasant to talk with. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me, even provided a contact person for me to work with at my insurance company. I have an appointment scheduled for next week! I highly recommend this office!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Mulligans for well over 10 years and Ive never had a negative experience. They are friendly, fair, honest and hes never led me in the wrong direction. Theyve been very accommodating in many ways. The people Ive dealt with there and Dr. Mulligans are all great in my experience.
