I made the mistake of going here one time (and one time only), for my prenatal visit. When I walked in the office, the staff working behind the front desk were busy talking to each other while I stood there waiting for them to say anything. Ok not a big deal right? Well it was down hill from there. Not only did a have to wait past my appointment time, (nobody else was in the waiting room!) the nurses who work there are so rude! I didnt feel comfortable at all. After I got home that day I found a different OBGYN. Four weeks before my appointment at my new OB, I had to come back to this office to sign a release form. Long story short, when I arrived at my new OBGYN office, they informed me that the fort mill office had never sent my paperwork over!?! After calling numerous times before getting someone on the phone, they told me I never signed the release form!?! Omg how could they even say that to me when I personally went into the office four weeks before my new visit! Needless to say I spoke with the office manager and she made sure to she took care of it, but cmon people! The staff here are so incompetent! Dont waste your time like I did! Terrible experience, absolutely awful staff!!!

My next visit will be to ANOTHER gynecologist. I have received nothing but the runaround from this practice, not to mention needless tests that have nothing to do with my medical condition. Their phone line is ALWAYS broken (not sure what women with real emergencies are supposed to do) and the doctor I saw (who has since left the practice) was rude and patronizing. Theres a lot of finger pointing at this practice, with no accountability whatsoever. I have no plans of returning to this practice.
