Aside from professional, excellent care from the staff and Dr. Dasilva, this is the ONLY medical office Ive ever been to and felt that my scheduled appointment time had any merit. I have never waited more than 5 minutes past that actual time. I have also never felt rushed during a visit. It seems that the scheduling is extremely well organized & managed and every patients time is actually respected / valued.

I got yelled at by the receptionist that I did not arrive 30 minutes earlier and threatened the doctor may not see me. Of course, they were not prepared as they didnt even make sure to get my ultra sound. But they were okay when I filled out the paper work like a mad person in a few minutes. I liked the doctor as she was friendly and listened to me.

Dr. Desilva spent time talking with me and made me feel very comfortable. She seemed genuinely interested in myself and my children. Her care was sensitive and professional. I have only had positive and professional experiences.

Ive only had one visit. Was seen on time. The Dr. listened to my plans and suggested some alternatives. Appointment was quick. The only downside is they are booking appointments several weeks out.
