In a word, awful. I was looking for a new dentist in the area and found this group (now Cleveland Heights Dental) that sounded decent online. I called and scheduled an 8:30 AM appointment and was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. I arrived at 8:15 AM but no one was at the front desk until 8:30. Knowing that paperwork would take time, I completed and returned in ASAP so that I could still be seen promptly. I then waited. And waited. And waited. 5+ other patients were seen even though I was the second person to arrive that morning. I asked when Id be seen and they said they had just finished processing my insurance. I then waited while more patients were seen. By 9:30 AM, they still had no update on when I would be seen so I finally left without being seen. During the 1+ hour I waited, I received no updates and was only told anything when I went up and asked. And all I was told was that theyd tell me when theyd be ready, which never happened. Other NEW patients were seen before me as well. Utterly unacceptable service, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Shapiro and staff make your dental experience a happy one. They treat their patients like family and how they would want to be treated. There are not enough words, or space to praise this blessed and highly favored dental practice. Every staff member is skilled, patient, and understanding. I have been a perfectly satisfied patient and "family member" for more than 12 years, and highly recommend my family and friends, and anyone looking for excellent dental service. The hours are great, including Saturday, and walk ins are welcome. You owe it to yourself to have at least one satisfying experience in your life! Why not let a visit to Berke Dental Center be on your "bucket list"? You will be smiling once you do!

Waited 48+ minutes and never got called back so I left. No one cared that I had never been called back or that I was leaving. As a first time patient this obviously ensured they were not going to be my new provider. Top it off with they charged my insurance for an x-ray I dont have and dont know if it is even good enough. Billing person I spoke to was rude and kept telling me that they had every right to bill for something I never got. This place is a mess and is obviously not interested in catering to patients who dont have hours to watch the Today Show while waiting for a cleaning. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

The receptionists do way to much talking, if they yapped, less and worked more I would not still be sitting in the waiting room after an hour. Cant comment on the dentist yet. Doesnt look like Ill ever see them. Sincerely, losing daylight and patience. In addition I agree with everyone else, the office needs a 21st century update, if nothing else they should take the outdated awards from 1988 off the wall. How about some awards from this century.

A waste of time! I first call. Ask do they take my insurance, early in the morning once they opened. They say yes. Say i can come on cause no one is there. I come up there asap. Fill out form. They take my insurance. I wait over an hr. Ask whats going on? No one says anything. Walkin ins that came after me are seeing a dentist. Are you serious?! After sitting waiting patiently for over an hour. I leave. Never again.

I was traumatized by a dentist when I was younger and I was scared to death of dentists until Dr. Shapiro treated me. He pulled 2 teeth and a broken root!! It Didnt Even Hurt!!!!!! I was so happy I had to hug Dr.Shapiro and the wonderful assistant (forgot her name sorry) who held my hand through the whole thing!!!! Going back to get the rest of my teeth fixed.

I would highly recommend this office! They take walk ins on the weekday, have weekend hours. Take all types of insurance!!!! The receptionists are really great! Everyone there was just very nice, despite other reviews. Recommend this place over any other dentist office around.

If only it were possible to assign no stars. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was so awful that I actually left and drove forty miles to another dentist. Additionally, the place is incredibly run-down.
