I actually enjoy Dr Stubbs personality. Hes funny and overall a very nice dentist. However, I received bills from this office back to back stating that I owed money when I didnt. The billing coordinator Stephanie insulted me when I inquired about my billing issues. She stated because I dont "speak and read billing" how was I to know what I was talking about. I was billed ridiculous fees. To top it off, Dr Stubbs did surgery on an abcess that did nothing but reappear. Every time I tried to get him to do something about it, he claimed that he just put some extra bone in my gum area. It wasnt extra bone, it was puss from the abcess and then I wound up pregnant....nobody would touch me and the abcess. It all came down to me getting the tooth pulled elsewhere and the problem went away. I dont recommend this office. Save your time and your hard earned money. Thats money Ill never get back.

Ive been to a couple dentist offices but this one is by far the BEST. The staff is amazing and Dr. Stubbs is the greatest. They arent trying to rush your mouth and they take a lot of time and patience with you. I will definitely recommend Lake Arbor Dental Associates to any and everyone. Dr. Stubs gave me the worst filling Ive ever had. After going back three times to have him try to fix it I went to another dentist who informed me after an x-ray that Stubs had drilled too deep and put the filling on top of a nerve. Now I need a root canal. How do dentists like this stay in business?

If you are looking for a dentist who tries to con people into getting procedures they dont really need and charges you to fix work he messed up in the first place than this place is for you. If not, find another Dentist.

Went to see these guys for brace and cleaning but do time some time constrain i wasnt going to be able to make, so they adjusted there schdule to fit me in. Great work. I love going to see these guys.
