ZERO STARS!!! My children havent even been seen yet by the specialist and I am FURIOUS of the service that I have received thus far!!! My very first appointment was made and when I got there the office was closed for the whole week. I left work early and pulled my children out of school early. I received a phone call the week before to confirm appointment and text messages to confirm appointment and no one called or sent a text saying they would be closed. After contacting them when they reopened an new appointment was made. However to make a long story short the two previous appointments that had been made were not put in the system. I get an appointment for a Third time that was suppose to be for consultation as well as work being done after stressing to the receptionist that I am a working parent that cant just keep taking off work and this is a big inconvenience. I was assured service would take place the same day. Another long story short the day before the appointment I was told there will not be any service done just a consultation. I usually dont give reviews, however I felt that I needed to try and reach out to someone, because I was told there was no way of contacting the owners since one of the managers was the one that so called took an appointment for me, that was never put in. Scheduled times all screwed up and there is no consistency on the information that is to be given to the potential patients. After sharing my concerns with the staff they just seem un-thoughtful and if they dont care. Peoples time is important to them and they should understand. I am a strong believer of treat people how you want to be treated. Run a business how you would want services rendered to you. My question to the staff is would you still bring your child or yourself to a business like this just starting off?

I took my husband in for an extraction. We get there and we fill out the paper work and we waited for 2 hours to be seen. After he made it back to the dental room he a waited another hour. In that third hour they took his consultation fee ($50), which Ive never heard of anyone paying a consultation fee if your primary dentist referred you to an oral surgeon. The lady puts the money in her pocket. Approaching the fourth hour he got fed up of waiting and decided to leave they told him it would just be 15-30 minutes more and he said he would leave and go elsewhere. When retrieving his money back the lady tried to sneak and take it out of her pocket as if she had plans on never giving the money to the front desk. It was also loud and uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area where 4 different people were set up in the office to promote their business that had nothing to do with Denistry.

Looked them up through my insurance provider & called to make an appoinment for a cleaning. Went to my appointment and was told that the cleaning could not be done because I had to get an exam 1st. I explained that I only scheduled the appointment for the cleaning & asked to speak to managment. Waited 10 minutes and then walked out. Prior to walking out, I stopped by the front desk to see if someone could get a manager. As I approached the front desk there was a young lady who claimed to be a doctor that was gossiping about the situation. She stopped talking when I got to the desk. She was very rude and arrogant. No one apologized and the sad part was I got off of work early and waited 2 hours for this appointment. I will be notifying my insurance carrier to take them off our list and will be filing additional complaints.

The worst unprofessional dentist office ever. They unorganized rude and dishonest. Wait time is extremely long they had forgot my kids had a appointment never sent the paper to the dentist had them waiting for 2hours. they switch mangers every 4 to 6 months. I been coming here since it was called small smiles and they then had 8 managers already they thought if they change the name to ibrush it would make a difference. They refused to give me a health form for school. I ask could my son get a appt the refused to give documents stating when his appt is because people have been getting appt card for school and not showing up. Thats not my problem.

I dont believe the people they hire at these places dealing with the public, there nasty, rude I wouldnt ever recommend these dentist to anyone please find another dentist and the girl Jamie is so rude and slick out the mouth I know she have to be the owner daughter or something because everyone know how rude she is we all talked about her in waiting area and everyone knows she rude and nasty, then Ms.Theresa act like she dont know they being rude but she be sitting right there with them. I CANT WITH THIS DENTAL OFFICE...ughhh

Terrible! Evertime I arrive its A reminder of why I need to find A new dentist for my child. Whats the point in having an appointment when they dont see you for a hour... A child urinated on the floor and while still waiting no one came to even see it. After finally being seen it took and additional 20 minutes to receive her paperwork. How could I forget that the hygienist didnt hold the door open for my 7 year old which caused the door to close on her hand... Need I say more?

I know everybody are saying some bad things about this place but its not what it seem to be I have being going to this place for years every time I go in there they have a new staff but I can really say the staff they have now is amazing the front and back staff and also the doctors everyone in there are friendly.so despite what went on with the last staff and give this staff and chance I never had a bad experience at ibrush and I will continue to be a patient........

My visits to ibrush dental has always been a great experience for me. The staff was very friendly and professional. There was not a long wait to be seen and I was pretty much in and out. I would recommend a friend to change providers and use this as there primary location.
