Ive been going to this dentist for 2 years (3 visits). I enjoy Dr. Greaves (hes friendly and patient), but his front staff are obnoxious, unprofessional, and have bad attitudes. Each time I have went, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and yet im still waiting never less then an hour to be seen. Today my appointment was at 10am. I was there at 9:45am and signed in...at 10:20 the young lady said that since im a new patient, i have to fill out the form again. I did. Not a word to check-in or inform me about the process after that....nothing. I am a professional and have responsibilities to my workplace... Taking 2.5 hours out of my day for a 20 minute cleaning is unacceptable. Never going back

Pros: one time I got a decent cleaning and X-ray from them. Cons: both times I was there I got seen 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. Today I showed up for a cleaning and was told FOR THE FIRST TIME that I owed $450 because insurance failed to pay. After 30 minutes of sitting in the waiting area they informed me of this again FOR THE FIRST TIME and they wouldnt see me until this was handled. They NEVER contacted me in 6 months about the insurance issue until today and they only mentioned after keeping me waiting for 30 mins. No calls no bills mailed nothing. They are extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend dealing with them.

IT was my first time going to a dc dentist and they made me feel right at home, theres a bit of a wait but its because they take there time with each patient and make them feel really comfortable. my dentist was dr. Andrews he was amazing "D he kept checking on me through the process and he was very sweet, Im happy I went here for my first time :)

On the 4th of March of this year. Dr.Greaves and his team was absolutely wonderful. I had to get a Root Canal done. Did I mention, I was a ball of nerves. Ive heard stories about the nightmares about root canals. When Dr. Greaves perform the root canal, I didnt feel a thing. Im so glad I chose the Dental Office.

He was the best I had a tooth that needed to be pulled out I was in so much pain in nervous because I didnt know what to expect but when it was over boy was I happy about that I didnt feel a thing before you knew it I was out of there I thanked him about 5 times before I left
