Piss poor. The management just hides whenever you have an issue. How many times do I have to call about the same issue and I get the "My manager will call you back by the end of the day" comment? How many visits does it take for a root canal? 5 or 6? My guess is as good as my dentists. I was subjected to careless behavior. They lost my paper work for my crown. The crown didnt fit. When they finally got the crown it broke prior to ever being close to my mouth (because it was cheap - not what I paid for). By the time I got to visit 5 I stormed out and never came back. I found a new dentist in Fairfax, VA (yeah all the way out there) and they took care of my root canal in 2 visits. The manager will not call me back because thats what cowards do. Outside of the regular shouting matches in the lobby area and the unprofessional management Ill never ever come back here again. Stay away. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau. I tried to give you guys are horrible and remain horrible.

I went a while ago(over a year) & was going on a regular basis for cleaning. I noticed how on every visit my cavity count was "growing". After a lady dentist filled my cavity I noticed the horrible amount of pain I was experiencing every time I ate something. Id have to take pain pills. I went back a few months later to have the issue fixed along with the other cavities. They then said Id have to pay cash because of an insurance issue so I had to choose a tooth. After I chose, a dentist came & looked confused asking the hygienist for advice. I got a horrible feeling after that (why would he be whispering questions to an assistant?). I was then left in the chair for over an hour(after I was shot with the numbing medicine). I got a bad feeling & ran out of there. All this to say, it took me over another year to find another dentist. Come to find out..... I only had ONE CAVITY! They filled it & my pain is gone!

I will admit when they first opened service was great. How fast that all has gone down hill. The customer service is horrible. The management is terrible. They are lost totally when it comes to being a team and working together. They have the worse billing system! I had a 9:00 appointment and at 9:10 my phone rings Im standing at the counter and I hear their dumb idiot emplyee leaving me a message saying Im calling to remind you of your 9:00 appointment. I wonder who trained the people at the front desk they all look clueless. They did me the best favor ever denying me of service due to the fact they claim I owe them money which they are totally wrong. I went to a real dentist and they erre happy to have my businee. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone. They need business etiquette one on one. Oh I will b e reporting them to the better business bureau.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! Unprofessional, passive, rude, careless, and inconsiderate. I had an appointment with them so I went there, they called my name, I went to the exam room and sat there for two hours and was never serviced! Whoever was supposed to service me skipped right over me and allegedly went to lunch and no one notified me about it! The front desk on back to the rear of this location has no concept of how to run a dental practice, not to mention a business, PERIOD! Appalling is an understatement! Please close this office immediately! Dont waist your money people!

The place is always disorganized. They never know whats right and whats wrong. They always getting peoples precription mixed up happened to me two times..it happened today and I tried to get them to correct it but they didnt want to own up to it .Then when they finally did the wanted me to inconvenience myself and go all the way back to the office on silver hill rd just to get another precription, when they could have just emailed or faxed it to the pharmacy where I was..save your self a headache and go to another Dental organization.

This place is unorganized they lost my daughter chart I sat in the waiting room for a hour and 45 minutes they have you waiting on hold for hours waiting to speak with a manager they have more people in dental school working there one woman who was a student was cleaning my daughters braces and they began to bleed as my daughter was saying what are you doing? It hurts. This place is not a professional setting get some real people in there who know what there doing and it wont be no issue

These people are so unprofessional I show up my dentist is gone they never have me booked for the right service I actually think I am being targeted this has happened more than once now i have had a temp crown for over a month and then they really think its ok for me to walk around with a discolored tooth I hate this place and most of the staff...unorganized unprofessional and ghetto Im over it dont let no body lie to you the suck

Ie only been here twice once for my dentist Dr. Park and the other for a few fillings by Dr. Saeed (the female dentist). Dr. Park is way better, the female had several people in and out the room while trying to perform my dental work. Very unorganized, had me waiting for almost an hour before starting anything . I definitely recommend Park

The worst place ever! Service is horrible. They need a whole new staff. While you are getting work done multiple people come in and out the room, its very annoying and unprofessional. The dentist needs to go back to school for more training ! Dont waste your time!

This is the worst dental care ever . They barely pick up there phone , they put u on hold and never come back to the phone , they even hung up on me while on hold . The service is terrible ,this place needs to be shut down or get a whole new staff .

Need I say more? The denist is excellent and my visit was totally pain free. In my 45+ years experience, this has got to be the best. I had a root canal and did not feel any discomfort.

The dentist is nice but very over booked my kids had a 2pm we are still here, and he started a extraction on my daughter at 3pm and his staff keeps interrupting him. Unbelievable
