I really wanted to give this "Christian" business a chance, but I could not take the mis communication... when you specifically ask the cost and they have all your insurance info it should be easy right? Two times in a row with this office I have left with a bill over $200 because they told me I was covered for work and when i get to the appointment this is not true. The first time I found out after the work was done that I owed after i specifally asked prior to the appt. So now I magically owe them $200 because the front desk looked in the wrong book! Second time we were not going to be nickeled and dimed so my husband left without getting the work done.

I contacted the office via email. Both wisdom teeth were giving me problems and I wasnt sure if they would be able to see me on short notice. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called the very same day with them confirming an appointment the next day. The extraxtions took more than 2hours. Given meds I went home to rest . Thinking that would be the end, I got a call the following day from the office asking if I was doing ok. Not only was I feeling better, I appreciated that they called to see how I was doing. This experience went so well, that my bf became a patient as well.

I had an emergency appointment at 6:30pm. At 7:30 still sitting there no doctor or staff in sight. Finally when someone did come I had to hear the doctor was going over the X-rays then medical history and insurance. I told the young lady I have have there since 6:15pm never saw the doctor. I left very unprofessional. And I try my hardest to support BLACK BUSINESS!
