I think I was probably one of Dr. Spencers first patients when he had to step in suddenly to replace Dr. Edwards, who had passed the weekend before my appt. Even then I could tell there was more in store for this talented young man, than a small dental office with limited space and equipment. The first wonderful thing he did for me was to cancel all other patient appts. and literally work the entire day removing every single cavity in my head, which had to be no less than 1,299!!! and replacing them correctly and with the proper product. I dont remember him leaving my side for a second, but then I was bombed on that orange syrup!!! I dont know if he ate lunch, went to the bathroom, or even stretched his legs. I just know the next day I woke up with a very sore but mercury free mouth. That was close to 40 years ago, and I have watched Dr. Spencers practice and family grow thru the years. I have always taken credit for putting at least two of his kids thru college. Having just gone thru a very rough period in my so-called life, I came to the place where I knew I could not put off dental work another day. I had allowed my teeth to be at their worst, and was honestly too ashamed to have Dr. Spencer see how bad they were. However, I would not even entertain the idea of a dentist covered under my limited insurance plan. Despite my reservations, I was treated like a queen (in my eyes). Dr. Maples actually did the magic, with a visit by Dr. Spencer on every visit. I truly looked forward to every visit, and the chance to collect my "warm fuzzies" from every one on his staff. They are all wonderful and beautiful. I couldnt resist making a joke about the sstaff having to audition, kinda like at "Hooters." But they are all very professional and well qualified to handle any situation, and to make their patients feel special and welcomed. So, please, if you are in need of any dental work at all, check out Riverside Dental. If you choose to make them your dentist, you will leave happy and confident that you made the best choice. I am a new patient at Riverside Dental and within the two visits I am not going anywhere else. I was referred to Riverside Dental to see about implants to replace an upper denture. I am 36 and due to medications had to have all my upper teeth removed. For the last 6 months I have been fighting with my denture and was not at all pleased with the fit. If you have ever worn a denture that did not fit well and have fought with creams, paste, and wafers you know that it is a terrible mess. And this is when I met Susan at Riverside Dental. Susan is a Denture Specialist from Canada. I was able to go in for a realign and tell her what I didnt like about my ill fitting denture. Of course I didnt want to continue using adhesives, I felt that the amount of plastic in the front was excessive, and overall the denture was uncomfortable to wear. Susan listen to what I was saying and fixed "ALL" the issue I had. She made the denture almost right in front of me. In the past I would have had to go to the dentist early in the morning so that the dentist could send it out and have it hopefully that afternoon. Going all day without teeth is just not possible when you have to eat and work. Susan had my denture done in an hour and a half, I never left the office and it fits me perfectly! The fit is so tight and perfect that it felt like I had truly pasted it in. Thank you to all the Friendly Staff and a HUGE Thank You to Susan for the "Perfect for Me" Denture. Riverside Dental has a new loyal raving Customer.

I am a new patient at Riverside Dental, and after the first 5 minutes of being in the office I knew my view of dentists was going to change. I had not been to the dentist in probably 3 years, or maybe longer. I despised going to the dentist, probably along with many other people, and had many bad experiences starting at a very young age. So I had been a huge procrastinator at making an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and get a crown replaced. My wonderful experienced started when I first called to make an appointment, Alexis was super nice on the phone and I was able to get an appointment in 3 weeks (a lot sooner than I thought) which was then changed when she called me back later in the week and I was able to get in just a few days later. When I got to the appointment everyone was incredibly nice, after I was given a tour of the whole office I knew right away that it was going to be totally different and even change my prospective of dentists. So after the appointment with Samantha and Dr. Spencer, who were both fabulous, I was right. I honestly never thought the day would come when I would leave a dentist office and say "I love my dentist", sounds cheesy but its true and I would recommend Riverside Dental to everyone!!! Thank you to Dr. Spencer and all the amazing staff for making my experience a great one!!!

We came to Riverside Dental after having a horrible experience at another dental office. Dr. Spencer immediately reassured us he would do anything he could to make things right. My husband had not smiled for a long time because he felt self-conscious about the way his teeth looked. He now has a beautiful smile and has had many complements about how nice his teeth are and I dont think they know they are dentures. We had the most wonderful experience with Riverside Dental and everyone on staff is outstanding. No matter how often we came back we were never a bother and they made that clear each time we came. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new smile. They are all really great and I am so glad I saw the commercial on television and made that call. That was the best thing we could have ever done. We are heading up to Pennsylvania for the Christmas holidays and cant wait for friends and family to see how great my husband looks.

I have been a patient for.....well less than a day. Its been 3 years since Ive been to the dentist with the only reason for not going in, was NOT wanting to go though the hassle of finding one I like. When asking around the office, I found 3 people that went to Dr. Spencer so that was good enough for me to at least TRY. Needless to say, my searching is over and am very happy to be a new patient of Dr. Spencer. The staff is professional and very friendly. This like my 8th dentist ever and will be the last Ill ever need! Thank you Dr. Spencer and staff for such a great experience!!

Ive had a cronic fear of the dentist for 16 years and today my grandmother surprised me with a trip to the dentist. from the moment we walked in the staff were friendly, they gave us a your of the office before starting. Dr.Spencer was wonderful, i explained to him my fear of dentist and he asurred me this experience would be different and he was right. he made sure i was out before he started to work and i woke up once and his assistant rubbed my arm until i was out again. i would recommend dr. Spencer to anyone.
