Let me start off by saying this is the worst place I have ever been to in any sort of professional capacity, and this includes jury duty, state offices and even the DMV! Let me explain. Ill start with my first visit there which I had an appointment for. Upon arriving early I still had to wait nearly an hour and a half to be seen. What the hell is the point of appointments there? Second, Ive called them by phone to make additional appointments and have been told that I need to call back later then hung up on, no explanation as to why,when or who to call. What the hell is the lady who answers the phones job? Its clearly not setting appointments as there is an extended wait every time I go there.. OK fine it seems they do appointments by pen and paper and then shove it in some drawer rather than using some type of computer scheduling system to avoid conflicts. The above isnt even the worst part. I had a procedure there a few months ago in which they removed 4 of my Wisdom teeth because I was having SEVERE pain in the upper right section of my mouth. Now I still have the EXACT same pain. I went there and was told wash my mouth with ACT and salt water. Needless to say it didnt work and I am stuck with this pain 24/7. At this point it hurts so much I wouldnt care if he needed to pull 4 more teeth out my mouth I called in to set an appointment with Dr.Lawson, the individual who performed my surgery and was told I could not be seen until Dec 14th. I begged for something earlier and was told there was nothing that could be done. His assistant then went out of her way to tell me I could come in today between 7 and 10 to be seen for an emergency appointment. Low and behold I wake up at the crack of dawn to go there and be told Dr.Lawson is not in today. WTF.. I dont know if there is an actual lack of concern for patients of if they just need an overhaul of their whole system but I strongly recommend choosing elsewhere for your dental needs.

I went in with a severely painful infected tooth. The nurses were polite and somewhat helpful, however the Dr. Treated me more like a number rather than a person. He went over my options, and offered a treatment plan, but he was not very friendly. He didnt welcome me or shake my hand, he didnt even give me a farewell greeting. He referred me to an oral surgeon because he didnt want to do the extractions! I thought he couldnt do them, so I spent a few days Looking for an oral surgeon nearby! The One they referred me to is only in the office 1 day a week..... (which they did not tell me).... I would have had to wait almost a week just for a consult, plus he didnt accept my Insurance. Their surgeon is out of town, and all booked up for the next 2 months! His nurse brought me a prescription for an antibiotic, and told me to take 500mg of over the counter pain reliever! I walked out of there 2 hours later in more pain than when I went in! I was in so much pain I had to call off work the next day! Thank God I finally found Aspen Dental in Altamonte Springs! My Dentist is willing to do the extractions herself, not refer me to a ghost! She treated me like a person too! I wont be going back, and I wont recommend this practice to anyone! Here Is 1 star for giving me the Antibiotics that took 2 days to start easing my pain! Im glad I only wasted $5 On you!

Came in insured + ready to pay any costs to removed diagnosed infected wisdom teeth whom I was told by the Doctor directly, this in an infection that will spread eventually if not treated immediately. Unfortunately for me that meant scheduling an additional appointment for a "consult" for the surgeon to re-confirm the DRs orders. Whom will in turn schedule me for an additional appointment an additional couple weeks after my second all of the while I have a broken & infected tooth in my mouth we all know how terrible tooth pain is. Im not a pill head but it would have been thoughtful to offer your a script for Motrin at the very least. I felt like more of a number than patient in this practice, and the sense of urgency is far from the associates of this practice. Best part of the story: I was able to receive treatment within 48 hours at Orlando Oral Implant Center in Altamonte. They were very personable and helpful and did a wonderful job with my extractions + infection/pain management. I can thank Greenburg for taking my x-rays at best I suppose.

I am ONLY giving them a star because they were able to get me in the next day with no insurance at a very reasonable price. Other than that, this place is a joke! I cant speak for the service because I dont have the patience to get that far. My appointment was set for 12. I got there 15 minutes early because as a new patient I knew I would have paperwork to fill out. When I got there, I noticed 5 or 6 others had signed in with the same appointment time as myself. An hour after my appointment time I was still sitting in the waiting room and had heard nothing. I asked the woman at the front desk what was going on and she apologized, saying that they only had 4 rooms. If thats the case, why schedule so many people at the same time?! I sat back down and spoke to another woman in the waiting room who said she had been sitting there almost 2 hours. At that point I cancelled my appointment and left. Dont waste your time with these people.

Honestly if I could give this place zero stars I would. I Called months ago to get my son in to see the pediontist and today on appointment day I arrive early to the appointment to find the establishment is closed!! Call the main number where I am transfered to an answering service that proceeds to tell me that no one from the office informed her that they were closing early and they should still be open until 3pm!! However there are no cars in the parking lot and the door is locked!! Never in my entire life have I had this happen!! Not even a phone call to cancel my appointment or anything! So I just hauled my young children out of school to drive an hour to see the pediontist and they have closed early without warning to their patients or their answering service!!! Horrible!

Brought my son as an emergency visit because his tooth was hurting. We were helped pretty quickly and they took his ex rays. However, I waited 1 1/2 hour before dentist came to see him and meanwhile not one person (from all the staff members that kept walking by us ) never even acknowledged us or apologized for the wait, nor gave me an expected wait time. I came early with the intention of sending my son to school after the appt, but he ended up missed school. Never coming back there again.

I went in this morning for pain to my left lower jaw from a broken tooth. Dr. Lazar was awesome and so was the hygienist that did my exrays. They went over their findings and explained a treatment plan in detail, including helping me with payment options. Dr. Lazar answered all my questions and quickly addressed my pain. When my appointment was completed the staff at the front desk were courteous and very helpful in setting me up for future appointments. My experience was exceptional.
