Regardless of your emergency it can wait for another dentist. This dentist runs a medieval practice with tools that look like they are from the 1800s. I shattered a molar at 10pm on a Friday night and the root nerve was exposed so I drove across town to the only 24 hour emergency dentist that was open. He did NOT use a topical numbing medicine before injecting a 3 inch needle into the jaw joint and then belittled and berated me because I said it hurt. He put two more injections around the tooth (no topical) and started drilling. He didnt give the medicine time to work nor did he listen to me when I said I still had pain. When I complained about the pain and asked for more novocaine, he got mad and told me I wasnt the dentist and that I shouldnt tell him how to do his job. He spent the next one and half hours making fun of me, calling me worse than a 6 year old child, and told me the pain was all in my head. I was literally screaming when he yanked out the nerve root with what felt like a pair of rusty pliers. As I was screaming from pain he yelled at me to "shut-up" because I was upsetting the patient in the lobby. I felt like I was transported back into the 1800s but without the benefit of whiskey. To tell you how little pain medicine I had .... my lips and tongue NEVER got numb or had that "dead" feeling that you usually get from filling a simple cavity. I went to another dentist the next day and learned that the reason I had so much pain was because the numbing medicine went directly into a blood vessel and NOT the muscular tissue. So, I had a root canal with ZERO anesthetic. So please regardless of how bad you think your pain and emergency are, do yourself a favor and wait a couple of hours to see a reputable dentist! At the very least, please research the Florida Dental Board and read about the complaints against Fouad Sidawi, DDS so you can make an educated decision based on your own research and not just my bad opinion. Do your research and dont let pain cloud your decision making process like I did.

My wife and I were enjoying dinner one Friday night when her tooth broke. We went in the next morning to for our first visit. Dr. Sidawi did a thorough investigation and found out she needed a root canal. Upon our approval he started right away. He took his time and made sure my wife wasn’t in any sort of pain through the whole process. Even when he had more patients waiting, he took his time and made sure it was done right. Dr. Sidawi even order a special tool just for my wife because her mouth/jaw is smaller than the average which made things more difficult. But he was persistent and thorough. Making sure we knew what he was doing and why he was doing every step of the way. It took several visits but he finished the difficult root canal and made sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Called early A.M. on a Tuesday and Dr. Sidawi got me right in. I work in sales and lost a front tooth so a fast repair was necessary! He cleaned and repaired the tooth for me and advised me to see my regular dentist ASAP. Pleasant experience!!! No frills here, just good honest work and help when you need it. THANKS!!

This place is horrible they wouldnt answer my questions. They require xrays n dont tell u and they hung up the phone on me n didnt pu when called back very trashy n unprofessional place.

Such a scam. Will not accept insurance, will not even attempt to help file an insurance claim. Hes there to make money from tourists, and that is all.

Does not do payment plans I do not know about insurance but I called and they do not do payment plans phone service with okay but could be better
