first off, id like to say itd been about 15 years since i had visited a dentist, so i was a little nervous and fairly embarrassed to start the process again after that long of a wait. And you are probably reading this because you have a similar story, and just want the right dentist for the job. Well, im here to tell you, look no further than Dr. Acosta to handle your dental needs. This dentists office is PERFECTLY staffed! there is not a sour face or judgmental employee in the building. These folks are very professional and VERY well organized. From the moment you call, to the moment you are undergoing your procedure, right down to the moment you walk out the door. And just as gentle and supportive as they can be. Each member is VERY good at what they do, And work together in a very fluid motion. A calming, caring and experienced staff is EVERYTHING when it comes to a Drs office. So do not hesitate to call the office and get your appt scheduled, I did so and now wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Not to mention they are affordable and have a discount for the uninsured. And thanks for deciding to get your teeth/ issues taken care of, right away. Its more important than you think!

At first, I was really impressed with the office, they have a beautiful office and the latest equipment. This office told me they were a preferred provider for my insurance. It turned out, they lied and a general cleaning ended up costing me over $200. Then, told me I had to buy $50 toothpaste because I had signed a contract with their office. This office also tried to sell me many different services and told me that I needed other dental work. After getting a second opinion, I realized that this office was trying to scam money out of me and my insurance company. I felt extremely uncomfortable because of the high pressure selling.

Doctor Acosta is the most thorough Dr Ive ever seen I came in with 5 bad teeth he took no time to waste removed all 5 with no pain at all the best experience ever also he prayed with me to reassure me that everything would be fine also he is such a great and honorable man he worked with me on payment set up payment plan for me which helped me and my family tremendously Im very thankful for his service and professionalism I will refer everyone who needs dental work done he and his staff our the best Ive ever seen in my life Thank God for the Acosta dental service I would still be suffering if it wasnt for them

Love Acosta Dental! Im the biggest chicken when it comes to having dental work. Dr. Acosta and his wonderful staff are always so comforting which makes my visit a pleasure. His staff is professional and will help you with any questions that you may have. Also, his work is impeccable, I have had work done over the years (bridges, extractions, fillings and my smile is beautiful:-). I have not had to return for any issues....that says a lot right there! I drive all the way from Groveland FL and believe me it is worth the trip....especially if you are a chicken like me.

I had a few people recommend me to Dr. Acosta. Unfortunately I was the unlucky number to receive bad customer service. I had a nice lady take my full mouth pictures, but after that I waited 1hr never saw the dentist and had to leave to go back to work. Only later to receive a bill saying I had seen the dentist. I have had to call a few times to get this cleared up, and asked to have the pictures send over to my normal dentist (this of course has not been done) Be cautious before going. You may or may not have a good experience.

I just want people to know that Luis G. Acosta and his staff are some of the nicest, friendliest, and most professional medical people I have ever dealt with.From the beginning to the end, he made every effort to make sure my new dentures were comfortable and a good fit. No matter how many times I came back to change ‘just one more thing’, he always was able to fix the problem, and did not make me feel like I was asking too much of him. I would highly recommend Luis G. Acosta to anyone looking for a really good dentist.

They were able to get me in fairly quickly after my permanent retainer broke. Gave great options, and explained prices before doing anything to my teeth! I have been pushed into situations where I wasnt given options or prices before, or had to ask several times for an answer, and was very appreciative that Dr. Acosta and his staff offered full explanations and costs BEFORE I had to ask. Transparent business workings, great staff, good doctor.

My daughter was in a skateboarding accident and chipped two front teeth and was a lot of pain. Dr. Acostas staff (Sherry Brewer) was able to get my daughter in to be seen first thing the next morning and Dr. Acosta was able to treat her. His recommendations and treatment has restored her beautiful smile! His compassion and expertise are unfailing! Thank you Dr. Acosta for making my daughters smile beautiful again!!

I felt no anxiety here on a first visit. I came after having a not so good experience at another dental office. I was apprehensive about coming with a poorly fitted bridge which was the fault of another dentist. Dr. Acosta corrected the issue easily and Was not judgmental. I love the staff as well. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience .

I had wonderful experience: to start with, the wait was short, the staff was friendly, considerate and respectful. Then, Dr. Riano was very thorough, she sat down to explain everything in a way that it was easy to follow, gave treatment options and advice. I would definitely recommend Acostas practice to anyone as I felt I was being honest with.

I have had excellent service at this office. The staff are very friendly and Dr Acosta does amazing work and the highest quality of any dentist I have ever been to. I hope Dr Acosta never retires because I dont ever want to see a different dentist. Even if I move, Im totally willing to drive or even fly in to see him.

This dental office has a friendly staff and has a comfortable environment. I was very pleased in every aspects of dentistry, from the routine cleaning to replacing fillings. Dr. Acosta and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The office is very clean and modern - they will even load a movie for you to watch on your personal viewer while you are in the chair. Recently, Dr. Acosta was very gentle with my elderly mother and I am very appreciative for that. I am a customer for life!

I had not been to the Dentist in 18 years. They told me of the Ameriplan since I do not have insurance. This has made it affordable! My visit today would have been $1,300 but with Ameriplan it was $503. The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Acosta was painless and fast. I Really couldnt be more impressed!!!
