They left my mouth with incomplete dental work. The people at the front desk are nasty in conversarion with no work ethic. My mouth is still in pain 2 months later since they refuse to answer my calls for an appt to do the crown on over the root canal I had. I have been trying to schedule an appt for it for over a month. I got yelled at today and told that my pain was not her problem by the receptionist and that she was not going to schedule anything since I could not take the appt date she wanted me to since I am in school. I never should have trusted this place. I was even denied the right to talk to my Doctor about my concerns regarding my tooth.

I tried to schedule an appointment and one of the receptionist got really nasty with me . I was appalled by such behavior I never felt such hate towards one person by not wanting to schedule an appointment for me ... She said that scheduling my appointment wasnt her problem and that if my tooth hurt then too bad ... Then she hung up on me ... All I asked was if there was walk ins appointment available and I needed a appointment asap please ... But this kind of response I was not expecting to hell with that kind of service

I have been going to this dental office for a good while. My kids have had a lot of work done on their teeth. I dont like the fact that you are unable to go back with the kids. But I understand the reasoning behind it. Today the nurse came to get my daughter. I said that "I wanted to show her a tooth that was concerning me." She then in a tone of voice of belittling you told me "that we already know about that tooth." This isnt how you should conduct your practice. I wouldnt recommend this place.to anyone!!!!

Dr. Canady is great but the whole operation has gone downhill to where they dont treat you like people, only billing opportunities. The hygenist has 3o minutes to get you in and out so even if shes late or something develops, expect to be hurried out. My last teeth cleaning was poorly done. Feels like a corporation, not a dental CARE facility. Front desk people were fine, tho.

Six one star reviews definitely gave me a moment of concern about what I was getting into. However the visit met all my expectations of a PROFESSIONAL visit. The reception area was clean and the staff was friendly. All the equipment was modern. My teeth cleaning did not cause any discomfort.

I had a few teeth pulled and the experience was alright. However, before I had the surgery, I was told that the operation would come to about $300 (after insurance). I later received a bill in the mail for $1500... Exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Will never go here based on so many people I know with bad experiences like crowns breaking and misquoted prices until after the work is done. Then they get the big bill. Sucks because I need sedation dentistry and I know they have that.

I love me some Dr. Johnson!! My kids love going to his office because he is so friendly and tells them jokes; his staff is soo welcoming and kind! I cannot say I have had a bad experience with this office!
