Very dissatisfied with service from start to finish, for my son. It was not explained to us until he had braces for 3 months that this was only session 1 of 2 that were needed. In private, his tech/hygenist told me that he didnt even need to be in there for a first session, and couldve been handled all with session 2 when he was a bit older (around 13). She also said that the Dr was well aware of the fact that our insurance only will cover one session...so the 2nd (and most important) session will be out-of-pocket. GREAT! Furthermore, in 18 months they never got a wire on his uppers...it might stay for 2-3 days max. But, the Dr kept saying we were waiting to adjust the uppers before finishing this session...yet there had NEVER been a wire on there (because of baby teeth in the way). So we just kept showing up, theyd do nothing (not even tightening or anything...just changing rubberband colors), and send us on our way. I finally had to insist that we were terminating treatment. Of course, even though the doc said "well, really it doesnt matter if we can get the top wire on since he needs another round, it cant hurt to try again...why not come back for 4 or 5 more visits then well call it quits?"...when I dissented, I had to sign a release of liability stating that *I* decided to terminate the process early. WTF. On top of all that, wed make an appointment for 8:40am, for example...be the first ones in the office...then 8-10 others would show up at the same time...and wed be sitting til 9:45-10am before being seen! Really!??!? Once we told them we wanted the braces off, the generally sweet and considerate front desk staff became very rude and obnoxious...condescending even. Good riddance!

hated this place. 5 years with them and probably more than a month total time spent in the waiting room. the orthodontist would just sit outside in the parking lot even when he had patients scheduled for earlier. even his staff were fed up with him. hours sucked, and even when i had a dental emergency i had to wait about 3.5-4 weeks until they had something that fit my school schedule (college classes which i couldnt really skip) since theyre not open on weekends. when my retainers didnt fit he just kept saying "i dont see anything wrong with it/ it looks fine to me" but the thing was completely popping off of one side of my mouth because they must have pulled off the mold at an angle and got a bad imprint. all he did was cut it down more at the top so then it was popping off even more. and then he was like "whatever just wear them for another week then you can switch to every other night" when id only had the retainers for

Worst orthodontist ever. They never answer the phone, the ortho never does anything with my teeth, I have been here for a year and only had my braces tightened once. They placed the braces wrong once and they didnt do anything about it until I acknowledged it. They literally dont do anything but change the colors of the rubberbands. The wait is always very long. Everyone who had way worst teeth than me were done before me, if I dont see any progress soon, I am signing a release form. Do not come here, dont recommend this orthodontist to anyone!

This office is a big scam, my wife used him for 12 months and every time she goes he DO NOT do a good JOB so she got to go back again the next day or the next week to redoing it because he DOING LAUSY JOB so we went to a different Orthodotics and we were shocked by what he told us , he ( the new Orthodontics) told us that my wifes JEWS WILL BE no normal IF she kept to see the stupid Casellas, Im warning every one to do some checkups before go to this office, thank you

We absolutley love Casellas Orthodonics! We have never had a problem and everyone upfront is so very nice and pleasant! All the girls in the back are the same never once have we had a bad experience in over the year we have been there! Awesome work and awesome people! It really pays to be courteous and helpful and those girls upfront always make me feel welcomed and answer any concerns I have etc! Keep up the great work everyone!! And Mr. Casellas is super nice!!!

We had an appointment at 11:00 am.. We arrived at 10:45, and still did not get seen at 12:45, so we asked the front desk, how much longer, and we was told there are still people in front of us???? There was no seats in the waiting room, so dozens of people waited in the hallway of this office building. We waited in the hallway for over 2 hours and still did not get seen for our appt. Needless to say, we will never go back to this dentist again. Beware!

Youre appointment is going to be scheduled at 3 and youre going to be in the waiting room until 4:15. Just sitting for an hour and fifteen minutes. Its happened 3 times now. They dont talk to you or say its gonna be a while. You just wait. Theyre always understaffed, they wont take your braces off until its fully paid reguardless of progress. Would never recommend to anyone ever. Dont go here for your braces. Its not worth it.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was shockingly rude, condescending and very unhelpful. She literally read me the riot act - in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner - for asking a few simple questions instead of just scheduling the initial consult. Uncalled for. No thank you! She might not be like that to everyone, or be like that everyday, but I wont be choosing this orthodontist for my children.

EVERY SINGLE TIME my son has an appointment, we wait for at least 45 minutes. The hours are TERRIBLE and the girls at the front desk are rude and never have a valid reason for appointments to be late. We have had dental EMERGENCIES, and when I call to make an EMERGENCY appointment we have to wait 4 days. If I were a person reading these reviews when shopping around I would find someone else.
