The optical department has great prices but the customer service there isnt quite what Ive experienced at other locations. In fact, the best Ive experienced was Mobile, AL who I actually brought into a customer service experience at this Phoenix location. I really shouldnt have had to do that but Im glad I did. I needed some glasses redone which ultimate did happen - with Mobiles help.

Outstanding service and value!!! In addition to repairing my old frames so I would have an extra pair of glasses, they EXPLAINED what was needed and created an excellent pair of spectacles for reading music at a price (including annual membership renewal) less than what it cost to have the Mayo Clinic subcontractor attempt and fail three times to build the same thing! Kudos to Costco!

After going to the insurance provided optical facility to find out my glasses would cost over $300.00, I went to Costco to compare prices. Much to my shock, the same glasses were more than 50% less. How awesome is that? Go Costco!
