Worst office staff ever encountered in any medical office anywhere. Wife went there for glasses and contacts. The doctor was nice but the office staff is completely incompetent. They billed our insurance incorrectly, then instead of correcting the claim, said theyll just wait until its denied then "work it out". After numerous trips back (now they just say that they dont handle financial issues at the office) and calls to the insurance company, I have actually overpaid by $5.00. No big deal until I get a collections letter telling me I owe $10.00. After more calls to their billing center with copies of my credit card statement and EOB, I just pay the $10 to get rid of them. I dont know what is wrong with the employees at this location but they act like they dont want any customers. I stopped by there for the first time yesterday around 5:20. It being a Friday evening I expected to wait a bit. There were two customers and two people working. No one acknowledged me even though I was there for over twenty minutes browsing. I thought, maybe with it being Friday it is understandable. I went back today around 11 am. They clearly had enough staff. I counted at least 4 employees. There were two customers when I came in. I browsed around again and could not get anyone to help. They either would not make any eye contact or acted busy at their stations. Unbelievable!

I like the doctors (Ive seen them both) but I dont think the front office people know what they are doing half the time. I always get the wrong contacts, they dont have records updated. They seem totally clueless. Very frustrating experience every year as I have to constantly talk them through their job. Obviously just average people who "got a sales job" and not anyone who is truly interested in eye care. Also, they have an extremely limited inventory of glasses. What they do have all looks the same except for very small variations.

So slow! Apparently the appointment time you choose is the "check in" time and then your actual appointment time is 30 minutes later (even if you dont have to fill out any paperwork). Not sure what the point of that is but I wait 30min-1hr past my appointment time every single visit. Customer service is pretty good here but the wait is really not worth it.

I am not sure where the negative reviews come from? I have never had a bad experience at this office with the Drs or staff. Yesterday was my second visit to this office for an exam and new frames/lenses. The staff is always friendly and personable. I also appreciate their sense of humor! (Imaginary Friend) Keep up the great work!

This place needs better waiting room magazines. We waited a long time and there is nothing interesting to read or watch. The employees are nice though. The enviornment itself is kind of lifeless. Its like they just set up shop and stapled a few medical looking posters to the walls.

I have been their patient for 4 years. Everyone is very nice except their office manager. She is a very unpleasant lady. I won’t go there anymore. I am looking for a new vision center in Anthem. Doctors and regular office employees deserve 5 stars. The office manager 0.

While the doctor was wonderful, the front office staff were absolutely terrible. While waiting another customer came in to pick up her glasses and left without them, yelling that they were not charging her as priced upon ordering. I would never use this location again.

While I had to wait a while it was worth it. The lady who helped me with my glasses was so thorough and took the time to make sure they fit my face and took the time to educated me on what the various numbers meant. I am very pleased with my new glasses, thank you!
