I spent over $700 on my glasses. Within a few months they were, just as the pair before them, so scratched they had to replace the lenses. And, just as the pair before, the second pair of lenses did not have the same scratch issue. A money saving scheme, perhaps? Then, when the tiny screw on my glasses fell out for the second time, I went in to have it replaced. The guys, who seemed to recognize me when purchasing new glasses, failed to have any recognition of me when I came in for a repair. I had to beg for an adjustment, which the sales dude did not even give me the time to see if I needed. He was more focused on the customers in the store who may be looking for new glasses. So much for "great" customer service. If you drive a BMW, this is the place for you.

This is the place to go to have your glasses done correctly! I have been to half a dozen other optical shops. The story is always the same. Pay the big money, tell them the glasses arent quite right, they send you packing telling you youll get used to them. Not here! They actually adjust the frames to fit you! Imagine that? AND, you can keep coming back for adjustments. Part of the service. Im on my second set of glasses and have never seen better. Definitely, give this place a try. You wont be disappointed! 1

Im a first time customer and was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Nancy helped me and did a wonderful job of matching me with the right frames based on what I had told her about my needs. I ended up going with the first frames she suggested. I was in and out in no time, far faster than what I normally experienced at my old place. Nancy really knows her stuff. I now have my glasses. I got two pair for what I would have expected to pay for one. They fit perfectly, and I couldnt be happier.

The best place for glasses Ive ever been to. The staff is really kind and easy going. They found a pair of glasses for me I never would have thought of trying and they are my favorite glasses that Ive ever had. They really are experts in matching faces to frames and looks. They also have really cool frames you wont find anywhere else. They dont pressure you at all. I cant say enough good things about this shop.

I have purchased frames and lenses from Rose Optical for years. The people there are always friendly and very helpful. I have a very complicated prescription and fit which requires considerable time and adjusting to get right. The staff takes all the time needed and I never feel rushed. Rose Optical is not close to where I live, but i wouldnt think about going anywhere else.
