I waited for over a month to get a referral for special testing done on my eyes, they still have not faxed it to the other company and he kept telling me it would take them 2 weeks to contact me. I called the other clinic and they said they would call me in a day or two once they received the fax. Also, they had me go see the medical doctor to send in an authorization for specific prescriptions to my glasses. My primary doctor office called the insurance company, they said that the eye dr is responsible for sending in the request and I explained that to them and they said they would take care of. I was told my glasses were in and I told him the insurance will not cover it and he said "dont worry about it, I have it covered". What a waste of time and calling around everywhere to find out they were not even helping me at all! I dont know how they are still in business.

APPLES TO APPLES COMPARISON at the Coon Rapids Walmart - also with evening appointments. Many insurances accepted. Who is looking out for you?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The guy the answers the phone ruined me even giving this place a chance. COMPLETELY RUDE! DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!! refused to put the manager on the phone when I called back and continuously hung up in my face upon asking to speak to the manager. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible service. Ordered a pair of glasses and never received them. Called repeatedly and they were so rude and disrespectful. Said theyd call when they came in, that was three years ago. Im still waiting for that call.
