This place is horrible with their service. I hear people take at least an hour for their eye exam, but mines took from 3pm to 5pm. That is 1 hour and 30 min of waiting for nothing. They are rude and disrespectful. If anyone has anything nice to say about this place well then I will like to know if they treated me in such poor manner because im Asian? Thats how i truly felt. The front desk lady to the assistant, they were really bad workers. No, it was not busy as well. There was one guy and a couple ahead of me that were picking out their glasses but no one else there! I didnt know what to expect and continually reminded them that it was my first eye exam ever in my life, yet they made it feel like hell! The eye doctor was friendly, that i will give credit to but overall I will not recommend anyone to go there or I will not go back there! I mean they werent professional at all. I was done with my exams at 3:50ish but waited in the freezing cold lobby for someone to help assist me in looking for glasses and NO ONE helped me out at all. Around 4:15 ish the asst guy finally asked if I was waiting to get glasses and I said yes. He told me to go ahead and start looking! WTH my eyes were dilated and I couldnt see clearly plus I HAVE mentioned over and over that this is my first eye exam! How am I supposed to know what to pick out! OMG I was confused, but held my patience well, or else I would had broke loose cussing them out. After picking out a random glasses I set there waiting until 4:55ish ONLY to hear the asst guy and the lady whispering to each other THAT THEY DIDNT KNOW WHY I WAS THERE! WTF? She finally came over to ask me if i was waiting to get my glasses picked.... MY DAMN THOUGHT WAS: REALLY? HOW OFTEN DO YOU GUYS JUST HAVE PEOPLE SITTING AT YOUR TABLES WAITING FOR NOTHING! Wow i couldnt believe it. It took her less then a minute to collect my money for the glasses and copay of my glasses! Did I mention just like how one of the first thing she asked for when I walked in was for my eye exam copay? All i have to say is if Brooklyn Park Optical just wants the money well then you better have the service to bring it in. I am not a picky person, but this place over did it! This place was not even just OK it was terrible. Here i am thinking twice about writing this review and giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe that was just a bad day at the office BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! I just called them to follow up with my glasses, The lady puts me on hold for a good 2 min, comes back asking me for my info and why im calling. I hear her shuffling over some stuff and then says "Its not here!"!!!!! Thats it? Why couldnt she be more professional and say "Sorry but it looks like your glasses arent here yet.". After that call i jumped onto my computer AND HERE GOES THE REVIEW YOU SHOULD CONSIDER AND BROOKLYNPARK OPTICAL DESERVES!

Excellent. They are always very personable and helpful. The eye doctor discovered that my prescription was too strong (from a different eye clinic) and that was what was causing my headaches. He gave me the correct eye prescription and my headaches went away! Also, he spend a long time examining my retina and discovered that it was slightly detached. He sent me to the retinal specialist who then reattached my retina. He saved me from potential blindness. Highly recommend them!!!
