This place is horrible!!!! I freaking rate it a 0 if i could! My wife and I, had came in for an appointment 2 weeks ago. May 25th. We came in and there were 3 receptionist at the front desk. We stood for over 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us! It was terrible, when she came out of after getting her eyes checked. She went out and there was no one to help her get her glasses picked out. She stood there for another 5 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge her. The lazy workers there were super rude. After my wife had her glasses picked. The doctor had mistaken her as someone else and gave her the wrong prescription. Are you serious? How do you people mistaken someone for someone else? Then after waiting over a week had no calls about her glasses. We called in and apparently they were in, but when we arrived, it took them over 10 MORE minutes to freaking find her glasses. You need to find new workers! It is an embarrassment to have lazy, irresponsible workers giving terrible service. You either need new workers and you need to fix your customer service. NEVER will we ever come to this terrible place again! You guys are a mess down there. You need to get your things straight. Worst place ever! You dont deserve any business from us or from anyone else if you treat your customers this way. As a Dealership Service Manager this is disappointment for your facility.

Horrible customer service!!! They do not care about their customers at all here!! They lie to you about when your glasses are suppose to be in. Took them over a month to finally get them in, when they finally did come in the lens kept falling out of the frame!! They tried to fix them but still wasnt right, when I called to check on them the lady I spoke with was very rude and hang up on me!! They need to fire everyone in this store and get all new employees!! I will not be back to this location and will advise everyone I know to not go there either!!!

I give it a four my daughter had a appointment today July 27 we were acknowledged right away walking in the door we were told to fill in some papers turn them in and were attend by the eye doctor in 8 minutes or less its was quick then we were look at glasses and yes it did take like 5 minutes to get acknowledged but I didnt mind it because we had time to picked them out without having someone be on our backs i will give a 5 star rating but first I need to see its true about its takes forever to get you glasses but other than that its went great

The location is clean and spacoius, we had an issue at the beginning with the scheduling. We have 3 people needing an eyes exam, we scheduled a month ahead inorder to get back to back time slots. But they are short on staff so we were told could take a while. But Dr. Ed Augduhl did his best and shorten ours visit. He was very professional works quickly yet very thorough. An amazing person. If you had a bad experience with your dr or past experiences here, I recommend trying here again and ask for Dr. Ed Augduhl. Thank you sir.

Dr. Augdahl is fantastic. I go 45 minutes out of my way to stay with Dr. Augdahl. He is accurate, listens to the customer, and friendly. It all starts here, and while there has been some issues in actually filling the prescription (and has taken a bit longer than it should), I still prefer this store over others.

I like Dr. Augdahl very much. I think hes good at his job. In all the years Ive been going there I must say Im havent been impressed by the people working behind the counter. As I dont deal with them too much I keep going back because Dr. Augdahl is so awesome.

Customer service failure complaint. To find out the Manager was the one giving you attitude after she gave your appointment away and there was nothing they could do about and it was your day off. I will not go here!
