Oh my gosh--what a pleasant surprise! I initially took my dogs there just to get heartworm medicine when all of the other vets in our area were booked up for many weeks into the future. I was so impressed that I signed my dogs up to become patients there. Ive had pets for 40 years, and this is the best vet service Ive ever received. I have taken my two dogs there for a while now, and I would never go anywhere again. The vets are kind and thorough, and the techs are always positive and helpful. The day after appointments, I always receive courtesy calls to make sure my dogs did ok after we got home. Definitely recommend!

I usually go to the Parma location but due to them being booked all the way into August I had to take my fur baby to the South Euclid location. Well, I am so happy i did. The staff is amazing. From the beginning to the end of my babys teeth extractions, they were kind, caring and thoughtful. They even helped me to not worry about the financial aspect so I could comfortably take care of my Luna. Dr. Holland and especially Melina were fantastic. Even though its a long drive for us we may just be switching offices in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We love this place. We switched from a previous vet when our dog needed a procedure and the vet didnt take any time to explain the diagnosis or the procedure. We felt like our questions werent answered and our concerns were dismissed. Enter Banfield for a second opinion. Everyone was incredibly nice and they took the time to answer every question we have and suggest a range of options that we could pursue. We ended up going with conservative management and the problem resolved itself! Cant say enough about how well they treated us.
