I have worked at this building for 30 years. I love my chc family and our residents are treated like family. There has been a few Rough years. But the past 2-3 years have been so great. We have the best executive director ever. A true leader and she can lower the boom as well. But we all respect her and would truly be lost without her. Our don and Adon and unit manager are equal amazing team players as well as team leaders they def lead by example. We are the whole package at chc if Lakeland.
