I have to give then one star cuz if I didnt I couldnt tell ya just how bad this place REALLY is. I dont even know where to begin, residents are told by the aides "its lunch time, I cant change you now" they are left to sit in wet briefs all day or all night. They get changed or go to the toilet when its convenient for the aides. Theres a male aide who has been investigated by the state for molesting a resident as well as a follow co worker. He STILL works there! The shifts dont do rounds like they should, every shift is the same. .the aides are standing by the time clock just waiting to punch out, they dont care bout the residents their just there for the money. They have "mandatory" meetings EVERY month to talk bout the same stuff, residents not being taken care of. Call lights are on during shift change cuz 2nd shift aint bout to check them. They even have lists of the residents who are "bothering us" they even have a "hire on bonus" cuz they cant keep aides in there. Nurses tell the aides "oh shes just crazy, dont listen to her" they think EVERY resident in there is "crazy". State has been called Soooooo many times yet nothing gets done. most of the girls who work there are from "agencys" which mean they REALLY dont care, they are just there for the money. I would seriously reconsider this place before I take someone there. The aides talk bout their life all night, they dont work. They have even been told "stop standing round & get to work" they dont heave inservice meetings. Every aide has to have so many hours of "inservice" each year, this place does none. There are better places out there, please look round before taking your loved one here.

My experience as an employee there has " NOT " been a good one at all l have worked there for 3 months and upon my hiring the ADON told me what l would be making per hour and when l received My check it was way totally different than what l was told and to top it off it was almost 30 days before l received my first check l was apalledvat what l would be making and how long it took me to get paid.. They dont do rounding when you report to work and so you walk into a mess every time, the rooms are always dirty, cramped and odorous, you can never find supplies when you need them and on the weekend you can forget it, l find residents with 2 briefs on, which l never could understand why. Garbage sometimes running over, l have found briefs in the sink, there are barely any snacks for residents, call lights going off and a nurse could be right there and will not answer the light, their new wage scale is not what it should be, l havent seen wages to be so low for all the work you have to do, and they use staffing agencies to staff the facility more than they have their own... I felt so out of place there because lam not use to those types of conditions to what l have experienced, there are a couple of nice workers there and thats about it, when its time to go home, l have seen staff come in and punch the time clock and turn around a go have a cigarette or two, then report to the floor to go to work and we endbup leaving work late because they are out smoking ll have seen it.l would not recommend coming here until they fix up the place, fix up staffing, fix up the wages, stop using staff agencies.... INVEST IN YOUR STAFF THAT YOU HAVE!.

This is the most terrible place to send your loved ones my father has been admitted to this care center for the past 5 months he is now in Leesburg Regional dying from sepsis when he arrived to the hospital he had poop and urine all over him and was not bathed in over a week the nurses told me as well as viruses on his body and inside of his body because he was not taken care of he also weighed 100 lb I repeat do not let your loved ones go into this facility

A one is too good for this place. Rooms are small and cramped. The wait for assistance is a half hour at least. Usually longer. They took my Mom to Doctor appointment on a 45 degree day with no jacket. The attendant had a coat on when he walked her over to the appointment. I regret letting her go here. The hour drive to the other facility with a bed available would have been worth it. Wont make that mistake again.

My mother was at South Campus for 14 months. My personal experience was all good. There was times mom needed tending to but all I had to do is tell someone. They treated mom with dignity and respect. The staff all loved mother. My average was 6 days a week visiting mom. I have nothing but respect for South Campus staff. Gayle Tennyson...thank you all.

In my understanding you need to be over a certain age to be accepted to this place. This completely blows my mind,what does age matter? You accept the insurance but not their age? Shame,shame,shame on you......

Ive work there for 3 years. Very nice Aids and nurses. The residences are well taken care of. The building is very clean. Miss working here and most of all I miss the residences

This place sucks the CNAs are rude they let the my mother in law stay in clothes with urine on it. The doctors dont listen. This place needs to get shut down.
