Today is the first bad experience I had with this place but to me it was as bad as you get with a pediatric office!!! My son had appointment at 4:10pm. Well there was a bad wreck on east main st.. I call office at 4:20pm and tell them there was a bad wreck Ill be there in less then 5min. I arrived at 4:23pm. I go in and reception was on the phone. She checked me in and we sit down. At 4:37pm they call his name at next and tell me since we were 17min late doctor can not see him. I ask how we were 17min late they told me we checked in at 4:27pm!! Why would you let me come when I call you at 4:20pm and tell you Im almost there!! Its ok to make patients wait three hours but you cant go 17min because of something that was no ones fault!! Which really it was only 13 mins past because we arrived at 4:23pm!!! I wouldnt be so pissed if it wasnt out of my control that there was a wreck and if my son wasnt so sick!!!

Michelle and Beth are super sweet! Michelle is always very attentive to our concerns and very informative. Love how she is with my baby and makes her experience at the doctors a positive one.
