If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service here is terrible. I was referred by someone, but obviously I was treated way different than they were. I used insurance, and when the insurance denied for my X-rays, they did absolutely nothing, but billed me. They didnt try calling the insurance company or anything, they just billed me. When I got the bill, I called the billing person, and left a message...never received a call back AT ALL. At that point I took it into my own hands, and refiled my own insurance, and they paid. Also, while I was there, the patients were herded like cattle. The dentist literally spent 2 minutes in the room with me. These people are only in it for the money. They could care less about patient care.

Dr. Jonathan Ford is the best. They provide a service that is exactly what I expect, and I have very high expectations when it comes to my medical care! I wish we werent moving, because its scary trying to find new and good health care providers. I wouldnt see anyone else in the Ogden area for my dental care needs!
