For the past fourteen years, Carol Ford has been my dentist. It has been, by far, the best experience I have ever had with any dental professional - period. Fourteen years is a long time, the time period speaks for itself, and it has been quite the journey through many different periods of dental health. From the beginning, Dr. Ford has maintained a consistent and steady level of high-quality care and service in her practice. It helps to know Dr. Ford. It helps to understand her commitment to being the best at what she does and how she understands that her work affects the daily lives of her patients. She gets it. On so many levels. For the past year, I have been working with Dr. Ford on new dental implants. There have been challenges but, of course, isnt that the true test of how a relationship and the trust built therein plays out? She and her team have never failed me - and thats through a lot of trying times as I dealt with the changing conditions in my mouth. But - heres the thing: This is it. This is real life. We need professionals like Dr. Ford and her team in our lives if we are going to make it. So heres my real-world, heartfelt, no BS because I have lived this myself and absolutely rock-solid recommendation: If youre looking for the best dentist in Phoenix, youve found her.

I was a patient as a youth with Dr. Ford, then life happened and I fell out of touch. I kept up with my dental care until I broke my front tooth at the gum line. It was root canal treated so it did not hurt but OMG, my front tooth!! I speak with people all day every day and could not go to work like that. I remembered Dr. Fords office and called.They immediately got me in, although Dr. Ford was on vacation, I was taken care of and assured I would not have to go to work without a front tooth. Her office staff treated me like an old friend and made me an appliance to take the place of my tooth that looks great and you could not even tell. When Dr. Ford returned she referred me for consultation for implant and I am currently in process of restoring my front tooth with an implant. My last visit was for a filling. I was given a single tooth injection so my entire lip and tongue would not be numb and I could return to work without a problem speaking. I am so glad I remembered Dr. Ford, 20+ years later, I now see what I have been missing! Like previous offices I have been in, I am not kept waiting, the office is clean, the staff very professional! Thank you Dr. Ford for giving me back my smile and treating me like a King!!

Dr. Ford is not only the best dentist I have ever been to but has a natural gift, pure talent, and impeccable skill. I was in today for a cavity and its normally Dr. Ford who does my numbing shots and today it was one of her dental assistants. I got incredibly nervous that it wasnt Dr. Ford. Im sorry I cant remember her name but to my surprise I didnt feel a thing! It makes sense that being in Dr. Fords office creates a standard for the other dental assistance and staff that is top notch! Way to go with an outstanding staff! Thank you for always taking the best care of me and I love being one of your patients!

Really friendly staff, nice people, but just like any other dentist, they are more interested in constantly setting appointments and using scare tactics to get you to undergo procedures before they are essential. Also, their fees are on the very high end for dentists. Teeth cleanings are also very basic, they didnt even use fluoride, it seemed like I paid $200 to have my teeth flossed. There are no shortage of dentists out there, and I will certainly be finding a new one after being badgered by the staff here.

I always get great care at Dr. Fords office. She is the best dentist ever and did beautiful restoration for me after a fall I took. Julie & Cathy are great assistants to her and experts. On this visit I had my cleaning. Theresa is awesome, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. AND really takes time & care. Karly & Lizette are always pleasant and most helpful AND of course, Vito, has a calming effect on everyone. Hope I didnt leave anyone out! I have been well cared for by everyone!

I never thought I would say "I love going to the dentist!" Dr. Ford and her staff make dental visits a comfortable and pleasant experience from being greeted by Vito, their loving ambassador service dog, to the personable and professional hygienists. Also the front desk staff make scheduling and billing through insurance a breeze as well. If you are looking for a cosmetic dentist or simply a dentist for routine cleanings you wont be disappointed by visiting Dr. Ford!

The experience you get at the office of Dr. Carol Ford is outstanding! The staff is professional, the office is beautiful, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the care is top shelf while personable and compassionate. I cannot imagine going to another dentist after being "spoiled" by the care I have received at Dr. Carol Fords office. The work that Dr. Carol Ford does is far superior to work that has been done by other dentists in the past.

Dr. Carol Ford is simply the best. From the moment I walk in and the front office smiles and says hello, I know I am going to be taken good care of. I love Kelly, who is just a top notch, professional Hygienist. I use to hate going to the Dentist but not anymore. I look forward to my next visit because it feels like I am visiting my family. Ok, this has never happened to me before - I just got a call from Exchange Dental letting me know that they were running 15 minutes late and they didnt want me wasting my time by arriving on time. First time a medical professional has shown concern for my time and is indicative of my experience at Exchange over the years. They have good systems and take good care of customers.

Dr. Ford and her staff are amazing!! Not only do they keep my teeth healthy and pearly white, but everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and relieve my irrational dental fears. Ill probably always get a little nervous about going to the dentist, but Im comforted knowing that Im being treated by the absolute BEST!
