This is a top notch team, everyone at SunWest (Biltmore location) is an amazing person. Each and everyone here has helped with my anxiety being in the chair. I have more than my fair share of anxiety because I have been to dentist who have hurt me and said unkind things in the past. SunWest is slowly rebuilding my faith in dentistry. They send me text reminders for appointment, they talk to me like Im a real person, and have called me to check on my wellbeing post proceedures. Bottom line is that I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Having a tooth extracted is not my number choice for spending an afternoon off from work; however it needed to be done. I have been coming to Serene Dental for several years now and have always experienced the staff highly professional, courteous, and all-around good natured, cheerful, and sincerely welcoming. Tooth extraction day was no different and I was in and out earlier than expected. Dr. Hangalay is awesome! Serene Dental is and will continue be my home for all oral health needs.
