It is a pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Dr. Kevin Norris and his staff. I met Dr. Norris after being referred by a retired orthodontist who knew of Dr. Norris and his reputation for excellent health care. I later learned that his father performed oral surgery on me when I was 18 and needed my wisdom teeth removed. With his reputation for quality care, my first concern was that he wouldnt accept new patients. When he had a cancellation, I was lucky to get in on short notice. After that first visit, I did something I have never done before. I mailed a gift certificate for a bucket of ice cream to Dr. Norris and his staff. Surely, it was my only ticket to becoming a permanent patient. It must have worked because I have not missed a six month appointment with Dr. Norris in seven years. Dr. Norris is successful because he excels in providing quality health care for his patients. His practice is successful because he hires a staff that is personable and friendly. You will get to know them well because there is never any employee turnover. To Dr. Norris and the whole office staff (Kim, Angie, Bev, and Bree) you are the best! Keep up the great work.

I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist. Dr. Norris and his staff are awesome. Angie and all the others do a fantastic job cleaning our teeth and are super friendly all along the way. They are gentle and thorough. They are accommodating and flexible with scheduling and get started promptly after arriving. I take my four kids to see Dr. Norris. I see no need in having a pediatric dentist when the doctor and staff here are so sweet and loving with children. My kids love coming and they especially like the cool prize they receive at the end of the appointment. Also, as a side note, I have a nursing baby and was surprised when I needed to feed him Angie offered their break room to me. I have other experiences where their kindness, attention to detail, and ability to listen to my teeth concerns were so helpful! If you want to go to a dental office where they treat you like family, then this is the place for you!

This Office makes you feel at home!!! We recd a coupon 3 years ago in a Val-pak in the mail. We made our appointments and our first impression was the office exterior, the entry and the waiting room were immaculately decorated and kept. The Staff is so friendly and they all act as though they are related (we thought they were). Our experience with Cleanings and check up were great! We have stayed with Dr Norris and staff for follow on dental work. He does all of his own Dental Implants, crowns, etc....... I lost a crown while traveling in Tibet, so I emailed his office. They quickly responded, I carried the crown all the way back to Utah and Dr Norris was able to put it back on. His Staff is so efficient and knowledgeable about the different Insurance coverage and can help advise you the best treatment to meet your budget and needs. I would highly recommend Dr Norris to anyone, from young children to elderly.

Dr. Norris and his staff are amazing! I have had many Dentists and I am very picky about who I see. Theyre amazing! Many years ago I had an emergency and needed help immediately! I called my then Dentist and he was too busy that day. I asked for a referral and the lady on the phone whispered "Id call Dr. Norris." I called and they said come right away. They shuffled their entire schedule and stayed late to take care of me. I was in a lot of pain and they gave me his cell in case I was having trouble over the weekend. Who does that? Dr. Norris is by far the most personable and caring dentist Ive ever had. And hes fantastic wig kids! Id recommend him to anyone looking for the best dental experience possible!

From; Sue Glover IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DENTIST AND STAFF, THIS IS YOUR MAN. Dr. Norris is very professional, yet gentle and caring. He listens to you closely and makes you feel very much at ease, and he wont let you suffer through out your procedure. I waited way too long to see a Dentist because when I was younger I faced the post painful and horrifying visit to a Dentist that made me cry all the way home. Dr. Norris makes you feel comfortable and you know he cares. He does great dental work and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Hes a great dentist. He also has a great staff working for him and they are very helpful with your concerns about billing and your insurance.

Im 65 and have had time to evaluate lots of dental experiences over my life time. My childhood dentist was great and his work is still firmly functioning Hes gone now. Latter I have had dentists that were nice and considerate, but after a while I found that their work was deteriorating and causing even bigger problems. Kevin has correct all the problems that have come up. I love his one visit, in house, crown work. He has taken the time to really evaluate my situations that could have easily been overlooked. His staff are friendly and easy to work with. I have recommended him to all of my family.

Fantastic experience! Been looking for a new dentist for regular cleanings and definitely made the right choice. Very friendly helpful staff, and they did a very thorough job. The girl cleaning my teeth had 20 yrs experience in dental hygiene/assisting and did a wonderful job. Dr. Norris was very informative on some recommendations to help with my dental hygiene as I have unique issues with my teeth and was very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I paid him 2700 cash Im disabled all my teeth was already pulled. ..he made me look like I didnt have any teeth. ..I just saved my money and had them done over now the ones he made sets in a drawer in the bathroom after years of looking horrible I finally got a good dentist and great dentures what a difference wouldnt recommend him to anyone I wish you could see the difference. ..very sad ...now very happy to bad it costed me this much to learn ..

My family and I have been going to Dr. Norris for years and years now, and there is not a better dentist out there! He is the best, and he has an excellent and professional staff as well. I have always been very impressed with all of them! Dr. Norris is on the cutting edge of technology, and I am amazed at how well there computer systems are :) If you are looking for a dentist, look no further .. Thank you Dr. Norris and Staff!!

well I cant say i really love going to the dentist, but Dr. Norris is kind and friendly and I feel comfortable in his office His staff is welcoming and happy. My experiences have been pain free except for a tired jaw. I would recommend Dr Norris as a very qualified and thorough dentist. He has up to date equipment that allows for one day procedures.
